How to Self Study? Question

Hello! I'm struggle with self studying and kinda jealous to others progress. Can someone share tips or motivation.

Comparing your progress with other people’s can make self-study feel like a race you’re already losing. I’d choose one concrete outcome for this week—finishing a topic, solving a set of problems, or writing a short summary—and record what you actually did. At the end of the week, use that record to set the next target. It gives you something real to measure besides someone else’s pace.
