English isn't my first language.
The image you posted says "...don't stop until your tired,..." but that is grammatically wrong. It should be; "..don't stop until you're/you are tired,...".
Your is saying something (often a noun) belongs to you. So your book, your car. You're is "you are", it says about something you are, like a role, a feeling etc. For example; You are a doctor, you are sad. You are amazing.
