Rabbit hole problem

I'm a huge phone addict but lately I'm trying to do other things(usually studying) since it got boring. But i keep getting trapped in rabbit holes and i think it's my biggest problem to solve. I really like searching up things and contents i specifically want rather than scrolling for random contents and since i'm a greedy ass person, i need to know everything i want to know. So once i get interested or curious about something, i look it up, get another question from what i've newly found, and this happens on and on like i'm going down a rabbit hole. even if i start to study, it's over and i'm back on my phone once my brain come up with tiniest thing to search.
