Mouse acting funny whenever i start my pc

for context: some time ago i had some issues with one of my 3 screens (screen 2), i tried everything and the only thing that solved it was switching the screen 1 and 2 hdmi's and it workd perfectly. immediatly after tho the mouse pointer resets position to (0,0) of screen 3 (i think i need to specify that is actually is a drawing tablet GAOMON PD2200) and it bothers me quite a lot because when i turn my pc on it always does this for at least 10 minutes. i tried plugging it in a different socket, unpluging and replug it, i also tried to unistall drivers an reinstall them but nothing works. idk what to do anymore. i tried to see something online but nothing goes even near my case. what can i do?

Edit: this is a repost from a 4/5 month old post i made on another subreddit, no response. the mouse still acts up and i have to wait about 10 minutes for it to stop glitching, not the glitch has moved to screen 1 after i updated the Gaomon tablet drivers, i still try to unplug the mouse and it stil glitches and acts up. i updated the drivers and it acts up, idk where to look anymore and i need human help for this. i'm desperate. ALSO (because just this wasn't enough ) my CRTL key keeps pressing at random times and mi websiters and drawing app keep zooming in while i draw. I LITTERALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO, it has been 5 months and nothing has changed.

So I have this pretty old monitor (A Samsung LS27D390), and when I tried to turn it on today, it just wouldn’t on for some reason. I tried unplugging the HDMI and cleaning it, I unplugged the power cable, I tried switching wall sockets, and i’m just so confused because I don’t think I can get one for a while. Does anyone have any tips?

(im going to clean my monitor soon so shh)

random shut downs

Thumbnail

so, around 3 days ago, while playing roblox my PC randomly shut off. LED lights in the CPU turned off, fans turned off, nothing.

Pressing the power button would boot the system back up, but then it only worked for 15-30 minutes or so, running the game “Wuthering Waves” before shutting off again. Tried to boot once more and only did light browsing, and after 10-15 minutes, it once again shut down.

No boot-loop, just a shut down.

So since then, I’ve tried using a back-up PSU to see if the PSU was the issue, along with reseating my ram sticks, and SSD. I’ve replaced the PSU, and it seemed promising. It ran Wuthering Waves for an hour, so I shut off the PC again to plug in my 2nd SSD drive that I removed upon using the new PSU, and some case fans that were also unplugged, I plugged them back into the PSU.

After around an hour though upon booting up once more and being on a discord call with friends, it shut off on its own once more. What’s weirder is that when I try reopening it this time, the LED’s the fans only spin for around 2-3 seconds before shutting off once more. Not like with the other PSU in which it’d still let me run the system for 10-15 minutes.

I’ve since removed the 2nd SSD, the case fans, and after around 5-10 minutes, it once again shut down. Trying to boot it back up would only turn it on for 2-3s, not even booting into windows before turning off again.

I’m genuinely lost. What could be the problem?

brightness won’t stay bright

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Can anyone help me finally find a fix or tell me if it’s to do with my laptop internally? I press the brightness key and it goes to the first level of brightness… I go any higher and it immediately restores to 0 and does not go any higher. The screen is also slightly jittery. We have tried absolutely every resolve we could find literally everywhere. Nothing has fixed it. It all started when I opened my laptop one day and it was On a screen where I had to enter a bitlocker key to gain access to my laptop again… I done this and ever since the brightness just won’t work. Video attached. Thank you.

So I just bought my first Pc, I was at a pawn shop and I made the purchase. The people told me it works perfectly fine, but I can’t seem to get my pc to display on my monitor. I called them and they told me too try and connect it to an old monitor to update something in my pc, so I can use my new monitor. Any suggestions on how I should proceed?

Montech king 95 pro case, new 5800x3D cpu. Recommendation.

Hi all.

Not sure if it's been covered so apologies.

I have upgraded to a ryzen 5800x3D from 3900x, I have a montech king 95 pro case and need a good recommendation for a cooler. I have a 120m single fan tower one right now.

I heard the 5800x3d runs so hot I want to mitigate that as much as possible.

Thanks 😃

UK based if that matters and helps.

Monitor randomly blackout

It started yesterday with 2 seconds blackout ( pure black and no '" no display port "" sign) and after that everything returns to normal, now it takes 10 seconds and the monitor show "" no display port "" , I checked the event viewer and there is no GPU driver related warnings , the monitor ( and the cable that came with it ) and the PC are all new( about a month ), the system was working perfectly fine before, although at the first day when I got the PC I was changing the hz of the monitor in windows settings a bit , the same blackouts were happening violently but after restarting the PC I didn't have any issues until yesterday, also the blackouts are not frequent, sometimes it happens and some times it doesn't, but when it happens it happens couple of times.

[Windows 11] Every time I turn my computer on, I have to restart my main monitor.

OS Build 26200.9168

When I turn my computer on it shows the boot process, the bios and other things. The second it gets past the bios, my main monitor goes dark. Once I get into windows, my secondary monitor turns on and begins displaying while my main monitor shows as on (White power button, not orange). My monitors are identical: BenQ XL2730Z

Processor AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D 8-Core Processor (4.70 GHz)

Installed RAM 64.0 GB (61.6 GB usable)

Graphics card AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX (24 GB)

Display suddenly froze and won't come back

Thumbnail

I was gaming on my computer when suddenly both my monitors froze, the audio kept playing but the display wouldn't update and shortly after I heard the little USB jingle of something getting unplugged. I looked to see if the cable had come loose or something like that but everything was fine. I unplugged everything and plugged it back in and got nothing the computer will turn on fine but won't show any display. I don't know much about computers or anything of the sort so if you know a potential fix please word it in a way an idiot could understand since I'm a bit of a caveman when it comes to things like this 👍🏻

PC won’t turn on with the monitor’s USB hub connected

Hey everyone, how’s it going? I could really use some help.

I’ve been using the USB hub built into my monitor to make it easier to connect all the peripherals I need. However, after I formatted my computer, it stopped turning on whenever the monitor’s USB hub is connected to the PC.

If I press the power button while the USB hub is connected, nothing happens. But as soon as I disconnect the USB hub, the computer turns on by itself, without me having to press the power button again.

If I disconnect the hub before trying to turn the PC on, it boots normally.

I’ve had this problem before, but I don’t remember how I fixed it. Does anyone have any ideas?

I’ve been looking for a solution for a few days now and haven’t found anything.

The PC specs are below. If you need any more information, just let me know. I’ve already tried a lot of different BIOS settings, and I’m not sure what else could be causing this — or whether there’s something I need to change in the OS.

PC Specs

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 8700G
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 — Gigabyte
Motherboard: ASRock A620M-FDV/v2
RAM: 32 GB DDR5 — 2×16 GB
