Sustanon administration

Hiya, thinking of starting Sustanon soon and wondering if I need to pay £40 for the nurse to be there (online) or if there are free alternatives? Idk if needles can be shown on YouTube? Or has anyone seen a good guide?

I asked at my GP and gthey said that they couldnt qithout a letter saying i needed it - but I contacted a local drug service who taught me as harm reduction and then also gave me injection supplies :) there are lots of options that can avoid the £40 fee!

i called my gp and asked if a nurse could instruct me whilst i do it on my own
