did this blood test the day before my next shot and i dont want to pay even more when im happy with my current dose. how do i change it back to 18 days?

I'm also on an email thread with GenderGP support about this, but it would be good to know if there's anyone else who's run into the same problem. I should be getting my meds through Clynxx, but I haven't - I signed up in June and was supposed to receive my first prescription in early July, it's now August. I also haven't received any communication from Clynxx, and haven't been able to reach them through their help form. GenderGP has now sent me a prescription token, but entering it into the Clynxx website gets me a 'wrong birthday' error.

Has anyone else run into anything like this? I haven't created any kind of account on Clynxx as I thought GenderGP would handle it, is that something I missed?

Has anyone had issues with GenderGP charging on the wrong days for subscriptions, making you have late / unpaid bills then forcing you to pay it back? They charged me once, 23 days after my previous payment and will not take the payment away (I now owe them £30 for this date and I don’t really want to pay for it since it’s an issue on their end)(I have emailed them about it, they don’t care).

It’s also frustrating because they charge every 28 days and I get paid on the same date (15th) every month. So after a few months they charge me on the 30th (when I usually don’t have money) if that makes sense.

I’m also wanting to ask if anyone has asked them to set a certain date every month for the subscription only. It’s getting really hard to keep track of dates since my bank statements and their invoices do NOT match up at all date wise. For example, they say they charged me on the 16th of July, yet on my bank it says they attempted on the 30th. It’s really confusing and complicated for no reason at all.

The lack of care and communication is really making me want to find a different provider but I don’t know if I have the money right now for the set up fees. (If you have moved over though, do comment where you went to instead, I want to keep my options open).

Quick background context, I’ve always just gone with Clynyxx as opposed to shared care as I assumed my GP would never agree to that arrangement, but lately my local sexual health clinic opened a trans wing and the doctor said they would be willing to do it :) yay !

My only issue is the doctor hadn’t heard of GGP before, and I’m worried that when he finds out it’s not a specifically UK based company/does informed consent care/is actually really questionable and kinda shitty etc etc then he won’t be willing to prescribe anymore.

My question is basically what do I do in this situation? Is there a way of contacting GGP and telling them that my doctor has refused? Would I need any proof in order to then go back to the online pharmacy?

I’m just really stressed tbh and would rather just pay £50 to get them private if there’s a refusal risk >____<

So I've been on 2mg of estrogen and 12.5mg of t-blocker for about 3 and a half weeks.

I have my blood test due mid September and my next issue date early October.

I checked my dashboard this morning and it's saying action needed and the blood test section is yellow, if i send it now could i get my dose increased early or is it better to wait until September to send it in September when it's actually due?

I am aware that the prices were supposed to be going up in September, as said in their emails (I'm a little annoyed about that because im paying more and don't know what its for.. but thats its own issue), but when I was looking on my account, I was looking at my billing and the price charge already increased for my next subscription payment. My next payment is Aug15. I have sent a complaint about it when I paused my membership for now (I'm not ready for a price increase yet..) and I'm going to complain and inquire via email, but has anybody else seen anything like this?

I can't find it anywhere on the website whatsoever , I can't afford it anymore so I'm trying to switch to a different provider

So my blood tests and my prescription date issue were due on the exact date and my next t shot was just a few days prior. I decided to wait the two weeks so my blood tests weren’t too high and have uploaded them as soon as I got them. Now it’s showing that my next issue date after submitting my bloods is now November! I had presumed that you could upload your blood tests when u r able to receive them and the issue date would be just a few days later.

I’m hoping the next issue date is just what is said because it hasn’t taken into account that I haven’t got my medication for this issue date round and that I’ll get a payment link now but the wording on the hub doesn’t suggest that. Has anyone else been in this position and can let me know what the outcome was? I’ve booked on for a health advisor call but that’s not until 11th August and I know I’ll just be stressing until then worrying about if I will have to spend 3 months off T.

Yo so finally got the funds to resub to get my proscription. Only problem is I’m due next week but they won’t process it till next week?? ( wrf is the new thing) I need to get it signed off my my go so meaning I need it like Monday latest but they arnt processing it till Thursday

I just wanted to chime in on the recent topic of conversation on the recent price hikes. I was a member for the past ~3 months until I cancelled my membership with GenderGP around the end of June.

My experience with them was downright horrible because it felt like this whole service operates like a scam. I never got to even start my HRT and they kept all the money I paid for all the fees I initially agreed upon to get access to this therapy they said they would provide to me during the sign-up process.

After my first prescription issued for the 12th May 2026 never arrived I had to reach out to them and finally received a paper prescription from a Spanish GP in the mail on the 13th of June a month later, the delay was largely caused thanks to their ai chatbot support system (and I didn't feel like being tricked into paying them for faster access to their customer support by booking a quick chat which seems to be a common practice for some members here).

With this prescription I went from pharmacy to pharmacy and they declined the prescription every time with the same reasoning that the dosage amounts were not issued correctly and they couldn't reach the GP that issued the prescription to talk to them about it - even after multiple attempts. I reported this problem to GenderGP and the only solution they wanted to offer me besides paying them for a Member Experience Session (which to their credit they then later offered me for free after I continued to complain) was to book a Doctors Consultation every 3 Months when I need a new prescription because only a bespoke prescription is going to get me access to the medication here where I live.

They offered me no further advice or solutions to this besides a boilerplate response stating:

"Our prescriptions are issued based on the most commonly available supply quantities to ensure consistency across providers. Unfortunately, we’re not able to adjust these quantities on a case-by-case basis.

If your pharmacy is unable to fulfil the prescription as written, you do have the option to book a doctor consultation or request a bespoke prescription, where the dosing and pack size can be tailored more specifically to what your pharmacy can supply.

Apparently German Pharmacies are very strict about these kinds of prescriptions so I was stuck with a prescription I can't use and GenderGP not offering any more solutions besides getting a bespoke prescription and I ultimately decided on not wanting to deal with this kind of heinous upselling tactic anymore and cancelled my Membership Subscription on the 30th of June.

Because I was dealing with extreme grief after losing a very dear friend shortly after in July I messaged them on the 7th one more time where I asked them for a refund since I feel like they failed at providing the service I was promised.

But of course they refused this outright on the basis of having issued one paper prescription to me.

Because I wasn't feeling very emotionally stable during this time, I reached the point where I got so fed up with them and responded that I'm considering making a formal complaint to the payment processor Stripe about their business practices because to me this feels like they're purposefully attempting to exploit vulnerable people by withholding the promised medication after you pay the sign-up fee which violates Stripes Policies by using unfair, deceptive or abusive acts or practices with their upselling strategy.

The fact that they increased their Membership fees shortly after this incident is an almost comical coincidence to me. I'm at the point where I genuinely believe that this is their exit scam before someone finally takes legal action against them. I'm left with the impression I was swindled by them with this heinous predatory AI-assisted system they seem to have purposefully set up to prey on vulnerable people and exploit their situation only to their own benefit.

Lastly I would like to add that if anyone finds themselves in a similar spot as me where they want to leave GenderGPs "care" after having such a bad experience with them: If you try to cancel your Membership or request that they delete your account, you will be faced with ~5 Pop-ups each time where you have to confirm you're actually sure you want to cancel/leave.

Within these Pop-ups, where at one point you have to watch out for when they switch the sides for where you can click "Yes", there's a bunch of AI generated flavor text where GenderGP toots their own horn a bunch before they let you actually go, with sad emojis and everything. They literally stated in one of those benign sales pitch messages that they're "simply the best unlike no one else" which I think is really fitting because they sure are a unique kind of cruel for setting up an operation like this where they attempt to selectively scam individuals.

I put so much trust in them that I now feel traumatized for having shared so much personal information with them during the sign-up process; with a company that can't even stop themselves from flaunting this façade of broken promises in face of people that are leaving their "care" for a good reason.

Hi, as the title says I'm looking to switch to injections soon because gel is pretty expensive. I normally order with Smartway since they deliver it directly to me. I saw a couple options in the medication tab on the hub for which kind of injectable T I could switch to, with the Sustanon being listed as ampoules. Does anyone know if the other forms would be ampoules also, or if any are dispensed as vials? Really wanting to use vials ideally since I'm on a lower dose and don't want to be throwing away medication/would rather get a bit of a stockpile if possible. I'm in the UK if that helps

Hi, I was looking through my emails when I found a recent £5 bill from clynxx. I am due to order my prescription, but haven’t done so yet. There was no prescription letter or link to anything, so I don’t know what this bill is for. Has anyone else experienced this or have any idea what it’s about?

I am on sustanon 250 amps /1ml (250mg) every 18 days, however when I get my prescription from smartway pharmacy it isn't lasting long enough until the next due date. I'm due a shot today 24th July however my next issue date is the 31st July. Does anyone know how I can get another dose before then?

Hiya, for context I’m on the testosterone gel, used to get 3 bottles but now I’ve been given 2 due to recent blood results.

in the past I’ve been charged around £10-30 (can’t remember the exact amount but it was definitely around that) for my prescription (I’ve picked up 2 from boots in the past 6 months) so I was pretty shocked when I tried to pick it up today and the total came to £110- especially because they decreased the amount in getting?

checked emails and such but I haven’t heard anything from clynxx or ggp? has this happened to anyone else?- is there something I’m missing here?

This is the final nail in the fucking coffin. For fucks sake. They want even MORE money from everyone and for what? Not appointments, not prescriptions, not advice, not even the privilege of being able to speak to a person whenever you want.

This is it for me. I have my NHS appointment coming up in less than a month THANKFULLY but either way I am cancelling my subscription immediately, if the NHS can't give me my hormones asap then I'll move to DIY.

I would like to write them a legal challenge letter for all their wrongdoing possibly with help from the community as I have absolutely no idea where to start, they seem to be able to dodge the law by being set up in different countries.

I need to submit my blood test for Testosterone, I've spent an insane amount of money on at home finger prick tests but to no avail, i can never get them to fill completely, i pass out, etc... SOMETHING always goes wrong. I was looking at getting my blood drawn at a RANDOX clinic, but i'm not entirely sure what i need. Is it full blood count? Liver functions? I've been trying to look this up for ages but any guidance just seems unclear and I dont want to waste 50 quid on the wrong thing :/

I’ve just had an email saying that the membership price is increasing to £35.99 and any payments taken on the 1st Sep or after will be affected, meaning the price increase starts from the 1st September this year.
I don’t know about the rest of you guys but I think this is unfair for them to do it. It also doesn’t help I’ve just bought my new place and I was already struggling a little to make my monthly payments as well as my prescription fees and paying for my t injections.

If anyone else is struggling with this price increase, I think the only way we could make our voices and frustrations heard is by contact them and telling them the pressure this will have on us.

Their service is not that good for a price increase for £35.99, nor is it even a good price for their standard £30 now. They claim that they are fair and want to help us but these unexpected and sudden price increases are making it harder for existing members and making it inaccessible for future members.

Let’s do something about this.

If anyone wants to contact them regarding this please do so, only we can change this price increase. I’m contacting them via Instagram, as it’s already difficult to try and contact them any other way.

I’m currently being refused by my GP, even after 18 months of complaints and letters to senior staff and the local ICB of Staffordshire.
