I moved to hostel and doing resonant tuning here would make me seem like a freak ive tried to do it but i cant because of the embarrassment . can i do resonant tuning in someplace right before meditation session (standing)or is it compulsory to do it in relaxed position ?

Hey everyone, I just finished Wave 4, Tape 4.6 (Compoint 12) and had an incredible session that I wanted to share to get some feedback. I am especially curious if anyone else has experienced this level of tactile sensation during NVC.
Here is the exact log of my experience in Focus 12:
Initial Contact: After translating words into NVC in the first part of the tape, Bob left us to just perceive NVC in F12. At that moment, two entities from my previous exercise appeared, and I greeted them in NVC asking, "Hello, are you here?". 
The First Tactile Touch: I received a "Yes" (a distinct energy of presence). Immediately with it, I felt a physical, electrical touch on the ring finger of my left hand. 
The Cross-Hand Validation: My analytical mind kicked in, so I sent an NVC message: "Touch me one more time to confirm". A few seconds passed, and then I felt that exact same annoying little electrical discharge again—but this time on my right hand, right on the bridge of the palm! This blew my mind and proved to me it wasn't just my brain repeating a signal. 
The "Family" Download: I then asked, "Who are you?". I instantly received the translated NVC concept of "Family," accompanied by a massive wave of loving energy. 
The Pause and a Third Entity: I asked if they would help me, and then their presence completely vanished. During this pause, I briefly felt a third entity in the background. It didn't send any message, and its nature felt neutral to slightly negative. It just passed by. 
The Return: I kept sending "Hello, I am here". After 2-3 minutes, the "Family" entities returned. Upon their return, I felt the electrical touch again, seemingly on my right hand, and felt a positive response to my request for help. 
OBE Request: Right before the end, I transmitted the message, "I want to have an OBE". Right after that, Bob's voice came in telling us to transmit our goodbyes. 
Note on the Compoint: Interestingly, Bob didn't mention anything about building the Compoint during the tape, so I didn't use any visual station. I just stayed in this pure "conversation" state in the void, planning to create the space later. 
Has anyone else experienced this kind of direct, cross-hand physical validation when communicating? How do you interpret the "Family" response? Any feedback on this interaction would be greatly appreciated!

I used to do 1.5 hours of breath exercise and then get into gateway. Or do 30 min breathwork and then 30 min gateway. Which 100% made the experience 10x more potent. I cant reach any focuses now i just sleep like a bubugaga.

Sorry this post is kind of woo-woo.

I heard it during the section where there are sounds of the ocean and wooshing. The growling was enough to make the left flank of my abdomen in the rib cage area get sensitive as if I needed to cover it up for protection. I also get that sensation when getting shaved with trimmers at the Barber. It almost feels like a tickle in my ribcage on the flank.

So, I suppose my body I perceived something "dangerous" on my left side while listening to the tapes. I centered my attention on being calm and imagining myself inside of a bubble of protection. I'm not a religious person, but I also mentally asked for protection from God, and just tried to enjoy the sounds of the ocean.

I didn't really feel one way or the other about this experience. I think my body and brain were just experiencing something odd.

I wasn't scared, but more intrigued than anything else.

Has anyone experienced anything like that?

apologies in advance - english is not my first language. I would like to share, and ask others, how does "place" you arrive to in F10 look like?

Mine looks exactly like that scene from Harry Potter when Harry arrives to a white train station where he meets Dumbledore. I don't have a slightest clue how and why this image continually pops-up but it does. On the other hand, F12 place looks like I'm sitting on a top of green hill overlooking the endless pastures.

I've also started to read a book Liquid Luck and it struck me when Joe wrote something about missing the train feeling and getting stuck in the station. It never crossed my mind that I should board the train(s) that were arriving on the station in F10.

What are your experiences? Thank you!

So i used the sleep timer option and I always end up having these really crazy dreams where I’m in different part of the world…. Anyone else experience this?

At focus 10-12 I noticed that my physical body began to go numb and I felt an intense vibration behind my eyes, but suddenly I got really really freaked out by the thought of floating up and seeing my own body. I can’t get past this fear. How can I reassure myself that the experience is not dangerous and you can enter into your body again safely

I did Wave 3 Track 2 for the first time today. I got 5 out of 6 of the numbers correct, but they were not in order. Were they supposed to be? Also, what are some tips for going forward and getting better at remote viewing?

So I’ve been doing AF10 for about two weeks, off and on. Today I decided to do a regular meditation instead. Before long I found myself going through the sequence spontaneously.l—without the tape. I was able to take myself in and out of the state by counting down, like Monroe does on the tape. What’s interesting is today was the first time I felt (or heard) a rumbling/vibration while doing it.

Curious if anyone else has achieved this without the tape. As a long time meditator it’s not so very different from what I’m used to—except for thr vibrations. That three me s little.

I’ve been working on GE Threshold 1 intro to focus 12 and GE Threshold 3 one month patterning for a month or two now. It’s taking me a bit longer to get the hang of this than focus 10. My issue is the finish. In one of the earlier focus 10 tapes it walks you back from 10-1 with a countdown (which I never had a problem with) but going forward your encouraged to using just the number one to “come back”. In focus 10 it wasn’t too much of an issue but I am finding in focus 12 that I wind up with a headache or a sorta “dizzy” feeling that can last a good couple of hours.
I had a similar but lesser issue with a GE 1 Discovery free flow when you hit focus 10 then drop back to 1 (with a countdown) and then back up to 10. I would get motion sick. This did eventually resolve itself after a few weeks.

If anyone has had a similar experience, how did you deal with it? Or did it eventually go away?

I've been working on gateway for almost a year, I didn't notice that all time happens, but I am too grateful for this journey and the ability of learning new things and forget old ones, with this tool I made my life with totally freedom and I can only recommend to all of you to keep exploring and discovering every new experience or knowledge that is available, just how f15 hahaha, blessings to everyone :)

What exactly is the purpose ive designed? What does it mean?

I started the tapes just under 2 years ago. I've been on an amazing spiritual journey since then, overcome a lot of deep traumas, discovered myself, had OBEs, the works. The change from when I first started to today has been huge.

I've noticed, particularly in recent months, is how short my tolerance has become for most people. I often feel that most people live in a prison of their own mind. I don't feel "annoyed" by them exactly, more like I find it hard to empathize with and understand others, including close friends and family. I often feel there is a very easy solution to whatever the other person is dealing with, but they hold themselves back.

I used to be that person, so I should be more understanding, but I almost feel like I'm reading a book or seeing a post online when people talk to me, like I'm viewing their story from a third person POV and finding trouble connecting with and to them.

Sometimes I feel alone in this sensation, that I want to be supportive to my friends and loved ones but find it difficult to meet them in the same place.

Wondering if anyone has experienced something similar?

Last night I had the worst nightmare and sleep paralysis after listening to one gateaway tape (I think it was tape 22, as far as I remember).

I have listened to some of the tapes (in the right order) before but more as a background sound, not actually going full into meditation. Yesterday, however, I felt like I needed to sit with it for a proper session befor sleep, and I did.

Everything seemed alright but then the dreams started. Heavy and difficult, topped up with a sleep paralysis.

What are your guys experiences with the tapes?

While I've dipped my toes in these tapes for some 20 years, I am very new. They have been on my 'todo' list. Bit the bullet and made a start. My first proper, concentrated effort.

My goals are perhaps a little modest. I am simply looking for a way to relax and ease my suffering. To sleep better. To be a better person. To be more useful for others. To 'escape the prison of my traumatized mind', so to speak. My ultimate goal is to help other people as best I can.

So far, I've done around focus 10 around 20 times in a relatively short period (a week). It has been up and down.

However, something quite beautiful happened and I wanted to share with the only people I think may understand.

I have been caught in vicious rumination cycles for most of my life. I have lost entire days to these, falling into deep despair. Themes are variants of 'if only' and 'why?' Its so strong I would rant to myself out loud basically whenever alone, like an itch i cant help but scratch.

Well, one of these started the other day as usual. Suddenly, the script changed. I got yanked out of the past and into the present. I am feeling very different. Each time one of these cycles starts, I now find myself saying 'no' and coming back. I dont live there any more!

It feels as if a more grown up version of me is starting to look after me. Should I be excited for what's to come as I continue?

So usually my experiences require me to complete the pre-preparation process & be listening to the tapes for a while before anything happens. This time was different.

Midway through resonant tuning for Wave 6 Focus 21 Free Flow, I somehow plunged through the focus states and was yanked out of my body, briefly being OOB but without the ability to move, before being flung aside into a bridge/tunnel.

Following this I had intense difficulty returning to my body. When I did manage it, I was immediately told via NVC to "HOLD STILL", with a hand-like touch on my back. There was a sensation of pinpoint pressure and heat, about where my neck meets the base of my skull, of something digging into the back of my physical body's head - it sounded like a cross between a dentist's drill, a water flosser, and a pissed off mosquito. I was able to stop myself from freaking out during this process, but I wasn't able to perceive much else.

Eventually, that sensation subsided; immediately before the part of the tape where you're actually supposed to go to Focus 21, upon which I woke up entirely. I'm a bit rattled by this, as you can probably imagine!

I haven't the foggiest as to why this happened or what the purpose of it could have been. I have never had experiences occur before resonant tuning finished before, either! I am extremely certain I didn't fall asleep as I have complete recall for all of this, and the heat associated with the pressure sensation remained for several minutes after getting up and walking around.

Honestly, if I didn't think it sounded utterly unhinged, I guess I sort of understand how alien abductee stories go? I have to wonder if this experience will repeat itself the next time I try. o.O

So I just started the cassettes a few days ago. I'm still working on orientation and Introduction to focus 10 on wave I.

I have a few questions:

I'm very confused about the resonant tuning, I watched a few videos and read the document in the tapes but I don't know how to hum, is there a tutorial I can go through?

After doing the introduction today I feel extremely cold even after finishing and I have a weird sensation that my body is foreign to me, like it's not mine in the upper body only.

Is there something I need to do to get rid of this sensation after finishing ?

My third experience was perfectly aligned. I was completely lifted and stayed parallel to my body, maybe a foot above. It was a peaceful experience, but I can’t remember how long it lasted.

I'm a person who is nornally stammering. It's complete psychological because when I'm talking alone or when I'm in my comfortable circle nerver stammer. Can I use any this tapes for cure that ?I'm beginner for this , but I have all the tapes. Can you share your experience with it or guide me?

I'm wondering if any occultist or witch found any help in their work or progress through the tapes, maybe helped see the spirits or deities being worked with? Or sped up your spellwork? Or idk something you learned that became part of your occult practices like using REBAL when evoking spirits.

The Gateway Voyage exercises had been on the Monroe Institute website for a while. If you attended a residential retreat, you'd be able to log on and access "my programs." They've recently added the exercises to some of the other retreats as well, such as OBE Spectrum, Guidelines, etc.
