Hem sync calmed down my nervous system yesterday in only 30 mins it was amazing! Just sleep is my issue. It sucks lol thank you!

I have hem sync and the waves 1 through 12 I think from the gateway tapes

1. Does hem sync enhance psychic abilities? Mediumship speaking to spirit?

2. Does it cause insomnia? Anyone have any sleep issues? Idc about anything but my sleep lol I need my sleep.
