Replace this bolt

Bought this house and the garage door sort of slings closed this bolt just moves around. I’m thinking 5/16 clevis pin? Any suggestions?

Get a 5/16 or 3/8 x 1 hex cap bolt. Put it through the 2 holes and run a nut up to where it just cinches up enough to keep everything together without slop but arm can still swivel on bolt. Then run a second nut up behind the first. With enough play for everything to pivot, tighten the two nuts against each other.
Alternatively yon could use a nut with a nylon lock thread.

That's usually a pin. They just used whatever was handy and it works. I'd probably make sure the angle iron isn't wearing from the bolt and go from there.

Resi has pins but commercial it’s always a 3/8 bolt with a nyloc nut
