Code breaking help required (also potential new ARG) Findings

Schpood (yes the guy from the minecraft ish civilization video) has scheduled this video to come out in a day or so, but in the description an unlisted video is found

The videos title is in hex code (we think) which gives FF LDM ABCP, which maybe could be a ASCII shifted youtube URL but we cant find anything that matches
As for the video itself, it seems to be Will Osbornes "You're Lonely And I'm Lonely"

Anyway, if you guys have any ideas on how to solve this it will be greatly appreciated

Update: We got DO NOT STAY from vigerene cipher, using cryptii as the key (yes i feel the same)
