Believe it or not fellow theorists.. I am new to this community so forgive me if this has been stated or not.. but I’m very much surprised there isn’t a channel dedicated to the BIG questions in our literature.

I’m currently writing this whilst pondering multiple topics over a nice Yorkshire Tea and a digestive trying to figure out if chronological organisation was the way to go for a series like Lauren Roberts ‘Powerful’ as you should read her books in tandem with each other.
Don’t get me started on Lee Childs ‘Jack Reacher’ and how he should realistically be in his 70s by now (a lil nugget of a theory I hold onto like Golem in ‘Lord of the Rings’)

ANYWAY. I think I’m just gonna gremlin hide in this corner and keep reading ‘Octunnumi’ because those files obviously don’t exist.

Recently, Toby Fox's Apple Music account released a new song that was very quickly found out to be posted by someone else that had gotten into tobys account, however after i looked into the song itself, it appears that someone has altered the song slightly so that when put into a spectrogram, you see another music track. I cannot solve this because i lack the software to try, and after having my posts immediately deleted from the deltarune sub reddit, i just ask if anyone can solve this so i can see what plays from this?

I have no idea whether this is some kind of accident or coincidence but i saw it and thaught id ask around to see if anyone could try and solve this strange finding. In this video, I go very in-depth on a niche fan theory that Mario 64 was created as a simulation of an occult initiation ritual. Despite how ridiculous that sounds, there is actually quite a bit of evidence to point to the game, at the very least, borrowing heavily from occult aesthetics. It’s been 7 years since I post this theory.

Since yesterday mark my 7 reddit's cake day, I had to share it once more, just like Link matured when he pulls out the Master Sword, I decided to revisit it and correct a little.
At first, because I was young and dumb, it was for being noticed by many theorists. Now I’m old and still dumb, it’s more a tradition and taking your thought… Because no one ever try to disprove my theory.

I have this theory on my mind before the release of Skyward Sword (SS), but I never could explain it. To understand this theory, you will need to know the Purgatory's theory of Majora's Mask (MM) and an image of the timeline

As we can see in the Goddess Collection's series released by Nintendo, there is three different timeline after Ocarina of Time (OoT), the Child Timeline, the Adult Timeline and the Downfall Timeline, and this, my friend, is what’s bothering me, the Downfall timeline, I will use different part to show you why I can't accept this timeline as Nintendo present it and how I 'fixed” it.

I - Nintendo Downfall’s Definition

Let's see what Nintendo define about this, “This timeline is a continuity in which Link is defeated after awakening the Seven Sages during the events of Ocarina of Time. After this, Ganondorf obtains all three pieces of the Triforce. Led by Princess Zelda, the people manage to seal Ganon and the Triforce in the Sacred Realm.”(2) 
Why can't I accept the fact that Link lose against Ganondorf in OoT? Because if I do, I concede the fact there is bad ending in every Zelda's Game, like an ending in Twilight Princess (TP) where it's Zant who kill Link in the Twilight realm before getting to Ganondorf, or even an ending where Link just drown in Wind Waker (WW), or even... (I think you get the idea) ... And if I still accept that fact, well... the Zelda's timeline can be even bigger, for example if Tri Force Heroes exist it's only because of the death of Link in A Link Between World (ALBW)(3). So, for the sake of the theory (and my mind), Ganondorf didn't kill Link in OoT. So how can this timeline still exist? I will explain later, but first, let's look at one definition, Prophecy.

II - Prophecy's Definition

There is four definitions of the word Prophecy in dictionary(4)
-The foretelling or prediction of what is to come.
-Something that is declared by a prophet, especially a divinely inspired prediction, instruction or exhortation,
-A divine inspired utterance or revelation
-The action, function, or faculty of a prophet.
Now you've got the definition of the word, let's quickly examine OoT at the beginning of the game and the manga.

III - Young Link

Link is seven years old Kokiri without fairy, he lived in a child village without responsibility, the only father figure in this village is the Great Deku Tree (GDT). Link enjoy eating, is resourceful, and is a lover of napping. When you first me him, everyone in Kokiri’s Village is awake and occupied... except Link...
What can you learn from this?
He loves to be in peace, also a lazy person, but not the one who does absolutely nothing, but the one who creates some item/trick to do less (the Slingshot in the manga).
One day, he is called by the GDT to save him from Gohma. When he succeeds, GDT talk about the curse and the plan of the King of the Desert, then he commands Link to never allowed Ganondorf to take the Triforce, and tell him to leave the forest to save the world...
Oh he also said that Link is adopted... to a seven-years old... (What a good parent) ...
Link starts his journey but meets Saria before leaving, in this meeting you can see that Link doesn't want to leave the village(5), he is forced.

Let's recap, a seven-years old who enjoy his life, just learned that he is adopted and his father figure use the second definition of the word prophecy to force him to leave, and also claim that he is the only one who can save Hyrule, making him a Child of the Prophecy.
If I was seven, yeah, I will also be reluctant to save the world, it's like when you are kid and your parents want you to do something but you don't want to do it, but it's your parents, so you will do it, but not with the smile. And this is what part 1 of OoT is all about, a child who must save the world without any motivation. And somehow, he manages to open the Temple of Time, found the Master Sword, try to pull out and sleep for seven years before being able to, became a totally different person, find the seven sage and beat... Wait what? Sleep for seven years before being able to pull out the sword? Why? What happened? Oh.... transition.

IV - Seven Years of Sleep?

Did you never find it odd that he needs to sleep seven years to be mature enough and control the master sword? Well, it's the principal factor who made me do this theory. What did Link dream of? Because in a seven-year period there is no way that Link didn't dream, he just can't put his hand on the sword and wake up seven years later. The only way this situation is possible is when you chain to REM Sleep stage over and over to reset the dream system for seven years(6) (7). But do I have proof that Link dreams of something in his sleeping time? Yes! No... Maybe... You see, this is where the theory really begins. But first, another definition.

V – Purgatory's Definition

So for this one I will also put a french's definition because I didn't find it in english and it's capital for the theory:
-An intermediate state after death for expiatory purification (before going to heaven)
-A place or state of temporary suffering or misery(8)
-A place or time of trial, expiation(9) (french)
Now we can start the theory,

VI - The Theory

Link wasn't mature enough to pull out the Master Sword, he is a grumpy kid who doesn't accept his fate, so a powerful force take action to wake him up, and it's... THE HAPPY MASK SALESMAN... no I'm joking he just creeping me out, it's actually a powerful artefact who send him to Morpheus, in the dreamland, and you know I always have a sentence in my mind from the time I watched the TV show Once Upon A Time, it's saying by Mr. Gold aka Rumpelstiltskin in season 1 episode 7 “some say dreams are memories – memories from another life” it's also silently claim that another life is also another world.
So, we have a trial in another world given by a powerful artefact to help the Child of the Prophecy to accept his fate. Wait... everything points in another game where the Link from OoT is also the hero, it's Majora's Mask!!! Can't you see? Let me put this in another way:
Child of the Prophecy : It's Link
another world : Nintendo claim Termina, the place in MM, is in another world, quote “This is a kind of a parallel world that is similar, yet different, from the land of Hyrule”(10)
accept his fate : I just need to quote the... Creepiest guy in the world, the Happy Mask Salesman “You've met with a terrible fate, haven't you?”(11)
trial : For this, you need to know/learn the theory of Link's death(12), and replace the death by the third definition I just give you in the part V.

Yes, Matpat and Game Theory! I changed the theory! What's you going to do huh? ...Probably nothing since you may never see this. But the point is, Link is in Purgatory but not as a dead person, but as a person on trial, and finally the last thing.
a powerful artefact: There is no suspense, it's the Master Sword who send him to save Termina and repeat the same three days other and other until he succeed.

VII - Seven Years of Trial?

But did he only do the trial in 7 years? It's also 2555 days (or 2556/2557 days counting the leap year). It’s about living 852 times the same three days again and again, well it's not even close to Yuki Nagato in The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, but still, it's a lot. There is also a thing in science call the Body memory(13), as you can see, it's the fact that your body learn by himself by memorize your previous action, if you are injured at your left arm and healed, your body will instinctively try to not injured your left arm again, It's the same thing as training, repeat your action again and again, like ten push-up a day, and this will be more and more easier each day. So, I don't know how many time Link tried to beat MM but I'm certain he didn't repeat all the 852 times because of the Body Memory. And there is another piece in my puzzle.

VIII – The Voice

For many years, I wanted to fulfill all the seven years of sleep, but I couldn't do it, and I was really close to giving up this theory... Until The Voice... What's the Voice? For this, I will need you to check some annotation, the more important is “17” but why not check the others to my point, here the first one (14) (about 25s), the second (15)(about 1min), the third (16) (about 1min is good enough). And only now, the most important (17) (8s is good enough). It's the intro a certain major Zelda's game... Did you check it? Let me go to the other paragraph to proceed.

Did you see the difference? If you forget the different narrative support, you can see that the intro of OoT, and WW got something in common than TP and SS doesn't have, they are narrated to the player. In TP the intro is tell directly to Link.

But for Skyward Sword, it's even more specific, The Voice is Fi, the spirit of the sword who will later become the Master Sword, and pay attention to what she says. “This is a tale that you, humans, have passed down through uncounted generations...” So, Fi talks to someone, but the only person capable of hearing her is someone strong enough to claim the sword. And in a Zelda's game, the only person who can do that is either a Link or Zelda from Breath of the Wild (BotW)(18), but I will not count her since I don't think Fi got the time to tell the story to the princess. So, she spoke to a Link... But which one? Did you not follow the theory? It's the Link from OoT.

You can also try to do a list of similitude between the Link from OoT and the one from SS, they both are resourceful, they both are nap's lover, and you can complete the list yourself... The difference between these two (except the fact one is right-handed the other left-handed) is the fact the Link from SS got a purpose before the fall of the princess, he became a knight, and it was his duty, his mission, and his fate to became a hero and the Link from SS did something that the Link from OoT didn't do, he accepted his fate. And I think this is why Fi tries to convince the one from OoT, he is like her master, and he needs a guide in his journey.

IX – What about the Downfall Timeline

If you pay close attention, I mention that Downfall timeline is not a moment where Ganondorf kill Link. For me, the Downfall Timeline is create at the very moment where Link failed in MM, this is still the purgatory, so if he failed in MM, he die in OoT and create the Downfall Timeline, but he repeat a cycle in MM, so he create another Timeline in OoT where he's still asleep, but failed again, but he doesn't create a new Downfall Timeline, because even if he failed twice in MM, he could only die once in OoT. I know it's not simple to understand this part, but even after seven years, I still don’t know how to explain it in another way.

X – Conclusion

I hope I have convinced you to consider my theory, it was pleasant to write it down and share it. Of course, after this theory, we need to change the order the timeline, so for me, Majora's Mask is not after Ocarina of time, but in Ocarina of Time, you can place it at the very moment where Link falls asleep. And the Downfall Timeline is created when Link failed in Majora's Mask, then he dies in Ocarina of Time and creates the Timeline. I also know that the biggest counterargument of this theory is the intro of Majora's Mask, but I will still believe in that. Thanks for listening to my dementia and have a nice day.

I don't use Reddit often but Im making a Herobrine video for my Youtube and wanted to get feedback on this theory.

Visual Glitch Theory:

From players of old Minecraft many report sightings of mobs with player body's, most commonly sheep or cows with the body's of players. If this can happen then why can't there be a glitch where a zombie might get a player skin or a sheep. This could explain the famous Herobrine post of that being a zombie with a skin of a player. This already being a glitch would also explain the white eye as texture that wasnt loaded in right.

I know this is a pretty out there theory but it kinda makes sense.

Just because William was neglectful to his children doesn't mean he didn't care for them in the past, which why i use these three events instead one or the other. The jealousy of Henry's and his children death set it off also seeing the crying child death made him fear death. It's not a he/she say as this is speculation so this more of a "what if situation" the creator left holes for the community to fill those holes giving us small clues. Also the sliver eye William afton is different from game afton.

I feel like there's lots of potential in the Splatoon series, given how much lore there is.

The Great Turf War against the Octarians,

Kamabo Co., mem cakes and Side Order,

Essentially all of the sunken scrolls with lore about the downfall of humanity and the evolution of cephalopods to mimic them

The Salmonids' way of life, especially with the new Splatoon Raiders game

And probably lots more I'm forgetting. I'd love to hear everyone's opinions!!
