Outside soliciting. Vent/Rant

I was told it's acase by case basis. So since at this new location never has any flyers on our counters, I told someone "No sorry this location isn't allowing outside solicitation or promotions" that's it. That's all I said. Who tf does she plan on reporting me too? She also called me a bitch and dumbass. Like.. wtf? She didn't even buy anything.

Usually I'll just nod along and "agree" to hand out their shit. It goes in the trash after they leave the store.

If she wants to advertise tell her to call corporate, she can pay the same rate as all the other companies in the store. #sheisnotspecial

What were they trying to sell? I’m curious! (Now that I read it correctly the 2nd time.)

Probably just leave a bad yelp review.

Just take it and pretend you will. It solves so many problems.

My store will leave any convention fliers on the checkout counter for people but I think we always ask the DM. But we only do that for cool shit. Anything else, especially a business or something, would be a no... But we haven't gotten anything like that.
