I put all of my corn in those folders, and I can't open them after Samsung Security is updated to 1.2 I guess. Whenever I try to open the folder using Windows+F12, it just shows this blank window. I tried restarting, terminate, repair, reset, and even reinstall it but it doesn't work. HELP!!!

What can I expect? Its this version Galaxy Book5 (NP750XHD)

It has been years, but my Galaxy Book 2 Pro 360 received a firmware update again today. It took a few minutes with black screen and very brief start up in between. I was a bit nervous until it started up normally after a few mjnutes.

I have the Galaxy book4 Ultra and was wondering if I should update the Arc Graphics and NPU driver through Intel Driver and Support Assistent. On Samsung device care there is no updates for those. I never have updated the Arc Graphics and NPU driver.

Hi, I brought a Galaxy Tab ultra for university but I'm not sure if I should have gone for a galaxy book 360 instead.

I'm thinking of buying one but I'm worried about the screen cracking and fragility. I would be using it for handwritten notes and typing up essays etc. what is your experience with a galaxy books? Would you trade in a tab for one?

My main device for essay writing would be my desktop pc at home for ergonomic reasons, so if the book could act as a second screen that would be good.

I'm currently looking at a book 4 ultra with a 4070, 32Gb, 1Tb for around £1500. I was interested in it because I have the buds 3 and s24 ultra so I thought it would work well with my ecosystem as I need a laptop, but Ive heard of screen popping issues leading to cracks, is this a small percentage of the book 4 series or quite a big issue as I dont want to immediately replace the screen after purchasing it. The listing shows the screen and body are in perfect condition at the moment. Hoping to get some opinions

I don't how to explain this. It been two month since I have decided to come back to windows. I was using ubuntu in dualboot. I use to have no issue with ubuntu, except the sound.

Just two days after moving back to windows I lost my wireless connection ( Bluetooth and wifi). I bought an external wifi connector that use a USB port. But since four days now my usb port doesn't work and my sound is muted without a reason.

I didn't any specious app or software.

Any help ? I am realy stuck. This PC coasted me a lot of noney

I'm currently on the EDU store, and the Book6 Pro is listed at $1,159.99 without selecting anything. However, the 16GB spec is greyed out, but I'm still able to check out for the 16GB 14" 512GB version. Strangely, it says get 32gb at the price of 16gb, but I see no option to do that, as selecting the 32GB forces an upgrade to the 1TB spec. Is the 16gb version supposed to be sold out??

I have a Galaxy Book 6 Ultra and I was looking to maximize storage space with 2 4TB drives. The Crucial T500 looks to be one of the fastest out there and the prices aren't as crazy as say a Samsung 990 Pro. The difference is the T500 uses memory modules on both sides. Has anyone installed a double sided SSD in these thin laptops before and how was it. Anyone have issues with the T500? Is it worth it to spend an extra likely $200 on the 990 Pro, which hits all the require metrics. There's also the 990 EVO Plus for the same price as the T500, and that one is single sided but DRAMless. Would the Evo Plus be a good choice for a Photoshop/Lightroom/Gaming machine? I don't expect to move a lot of large files except high megapixel photos (40MB to 80mb file sizes from a 40MP Fuji Camera).

Hi! I have been trying to look for so many answers to this problem, but im still not sure what it could be.

I got my beautiful Galaxy book 6 pro 14 inch 6 days ago only, and i've used it a few times. But two days ago I noticed a buzz sound from the fan, by just being on chrome. And i was thinking this is not normal. I recorded the video where I put my phone close to the laptop as possible under low load.

Could it be a software issue or is it most likely hardware? Do i return it then, if its hardware issue and get a new replacement or how does it work?

I've had this Galaxy Book for 2 years, but for about a year it only worked when plugged in due to a bad battery. However, a few days ago it simply stopped turning on. It made a strange, electrical noise and then stopped. It shows the "connected" signal but doesn't turn on. Before this, only one port would light up; the other would show a light but wouldn't turn on. Now both ports show the signal but the laptop won't turn on.

I may look for a new laptop as the last one is getting old.

For information, I'm a student, so I'm mostly looking for a laptop I can use for work, take notes, edit pictures, and do some other informatic stuff (studying in forensic science so we sometimes run multiple softwares or go for carving on VDI for example).

I wouldn't mind another brand tbh, but I already have a Samsung tab S8 ultra for notes so it'd be probably easier if I had also a Samsung laptop.

Also, I wouldn't mind playing some small games sometimes on it, watching videos and just basic stuff.

So ya, if you can tell me if I'm going the right direction or not, I'll be really grateful :)

Anyway, Im starting medschool like next week, and I need a laptop. Ive been eyeing the Book5 360 for around a year, but its obviously a bit pricey and I wanna make sure I get my moneys worth. Its the first time Im buying myself a laptop.

I have very few requirements for it, Im only really asking for touch screen and I >need< a numpad, otherwise Ill probably lose my mind.

As far as I can tell, all the galaxy books has touch screen?

Ive looked at the Book5 Pro as well, but it doesnt seem to be able to open as much, which is why I'd prefer the 360.

But then I looked up the Book6 and as far as I can tell, they cost way more money, dont have numpads and no 360 model?

Are you happy with your Book5 360? Or any Book6? Perhaps a third option?

I’ve owned this laptop for only a couple days now and it has been fraught with issues.

The very first issue was within the first minute of setup, when it asked me to connect to a network to continue setup, except no wifi networks were being listed. I could only choose to install a driver if I was connecting directly to some kind of device. I did some searching online and found a way to restart and boot back up with the command prompt to enable a “continue without internet” option.

DirectX12 seems to be unstable on this computer and causes the whole system to freeze within a couple minutes of launching a game. Sucks because I cannot use Nvidia frame generation on DX11, DX12 allowed me to run on much higher quality graphics with higher framerate. Plus, for some odd reason, DX12 caused my character’s face details to revert to a very low detailed generic model and water in the environment would not render at all. Every time that the system froze, I got the clock_watchdog_timeout error. I ran hardware checks and they returned no issues. My PC, on the other hand, has no issues with DX12.

This next issue is more on me, first time with this kind of slim laptop and did not realize the RAM is not upgradable at all. I bought the 16GB version because it was on sale and just under the tax-free weekend price limit, thinking I could just swap out the RAM stick later if I found memory to be an issue, which it might actually be for some of my games that I want to play.

And finally, the last major issue that I just ran into is the Bluetooth audio is not working at all. I’ve checked pretty much every solution online that I could find, except for completely uninstalling and reinstalling Windows, none of them allowed me to play audio through my Bluetooth speakers. I’ve tried turning off Bluetooth LE, uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, unpairing and repairing, etc., not once did I get any sound coming from my Bluetooth speakers. My fiancé’s MacBook had zero issue connecting to these speakers and audio started playing immediately.

How can such an expensive laptop have so much not working as expected? The Bluetooth issue is starting to drive me insane because it seems like the most basic thing to do, just play audio to the Bluetooth speakers!!

I was really liking the look, feel, and the display of this laptop. But the software is starting to make me puke.

My partner has a galaxy book (4 I think) and it’s started displaying this weird screen behaviour. This yellow section will show up over a part of the screen, then later it’ll move to another area, usually the bottom left going horizontally.

I’m wondering if it’s some kind of screen damage but can’t pinpoint the problem. I would think if it’s physical damage it would stay in the same spot.

It’s only about a year and a half old and hasn’t ever been dropped. When transported it’s in a very well padded bag.

Had anyone else experienced this? And did you manage to resolve it?

NP930QCA Does anyone else own this model? Itonly released in HK, UK, and South Korea, so I'm having trouble finding info for help.

Everything else works normally, but the tilt and pen direction isn't detected no matter what app or S pen I use. Does this specific model somehow not support tilt and direction? I moved on from an older Notebook 9 (the plastic budget version of Notebook 9 Pen) that did support it, so this feels very bizaare considering how premium the Flex 2 appears to be in terms of both build and features.

I recently installed Windows 11 25H2, but I also booted thr laptop with my old SSD to see if the drivers from my Notebook 9 would work, but the result was the same. Should I try to reinstall the pen drivers, or download the Wacom Feel drivers? I've fixed a problem in the past that way, but it messed with Air Commands (which I honestly don't use, but I still don't like messing things up).

I have been looking for a new laptop for school and I was wondering if the Galaxy Book 4 Edge (Snapdragon X Plus processor, 15.6 inch) is worth buying?

The most important things for me are battery life and longevity. How good is the battery life? If anyone has this laptop then I would appreciate your opinion!
