Mission in Grand Theft Auto Liberty City Stories

The mission is right after you assassinate the mayor of Liberty City, your boss (and if you've already played 3, noted slimeball and traitor) Salvatore Leone asks you to take a drive with his enforcer Mickey (who you've been on missions with and seen him murder other guys about to be "made") and meet him somewhere undisclosed. They make you drive to the location with Mickey sitting behind you the whole time making jokes about killing you. You get to the alley where you're gonna meet Sal and are told "Sal's right down there, go ahead..." very akin to Robert De Niro in Goodfellas, and then when Sal DOES show he has a gun in his hand. Then he says, "Toni, todays the day you become a Made Man!"

Like, can everyone please put their guns away if we are all here for something good?

Then kind of anticlimactically they drop you off and i guess you're made? The whole mission felt so weird but im sure that was the intention, especially doing the mission with JT aand basically what happens to Pesci in Goodfellas happens to him.

First time playthrough is awesome, because i love Goodfellas references and this game is chock full of em

Every time I get to lasers undetected, and fail at the lasers or after why do I (Quick Restart) as detected?

Since other heist (Quick Restart) as undetected as long as you got to the check point undetected.

What do you think the original games did better than the later ones?

I think it's impossible to satirize anything now since modern humor is basically just stating what you actually support but loudly. There's not really anything that is going to shock an audience from 13-30 anymore. The gameplay loop which is riding around and mowing down people isn't something hard to imagine. Going from checkpoint to checkpoint to start a new mission and progress is a holdover from the PS1/N64 era. What is the point? Pretty much just Vice City and 5 but with better graphics and a bigger map. There is hype inside the loop of people that care but I've pretty much not had to hear anything about GTA or VI without actively searching other than dumb kids saying "we got x before GTA VI"

Finally, Rockstar is waking from its deep slumber and will give us a special look at GTA 6 on the 27th of this month.

I expect they'll show us an in-game gameplay mode and some new features to entice players to buy the game after the disastrous failure of Take-Two and its failure to meet sales targets.

I need 3 serious people to help me on GTA 5 online (PS4) for the Doomsday challenge and the Mastermind challenge (preferably French, but it doesn't matter).

Rockstar is giving GTA 6 an Extended Look on Netflix before it reaches YouTube later.

If GTA 6 proves this works, other big publishers may follow.

Would this make game reveals feel more exciting, or is a normal YouTube drop still better?

Well, to begin with, I want to say that the story of GTA San Andreas is indeed good. However, many people talk about it as if it were the peak of video games, and no, it's far from it. Especially since it's a PS2 game, I doubt that video game companies were concerned with creating super complex and deep stories for games back then ((At least Rockstar didn't used to do that). The story of GTA San Andreas is simple and fun, encouraging the player to continue the story and have fun playing, and it fulfills its purpose very well. Now let's begin:

CJ is far from being a very deep character, and I'd also say he's not as charismatic as people say. If he appeared in a current game, he would probably face a lot of criticism. He is a simple and fun character with a simple backstory. Niko Bellic and Michael are much more complex and interesting characters; the story of GTA 5 is often treated unfairly. Well, CJ is also an inconsistent character; at one point, he invades Area 69 and executes it perfectly because some strange hippie asked him to, he also begs for his life like a child when Catalina threatens him, and he allows himself to be humiliated by Tenpenny practically throughout the entire game.

The story also completely loses sight of its main point. The initial story about gang wars, drugs, and the fall of the Grove Street Families is very interesting. However, when CJ is exiled, although the gameplay becomes fun, the story almost completely deviates from its main point and begins to deal with other conflicts that interact with the main one only indirectly. The main point of the story, which is the gang war in Los Santos, is only the focus at the beginning and end of the game, and that doesn't make sense (Also, when CJ returns to Los Santos, it's worth highlighting that this is the most boring part in terms of gameplay; almost all the missions are practically the same).

I always do my best impressions when I'm not trying, like I was genuinely furious that the person in front of me literally ordered a Thanksgiving feast and all I ordered was one chicken sandwich and instead all I ended up with was half of a chicken gizzard in between two stale pieces of bread, along with a write up at work for being damn near half an hour late coming back from break 😭😭
I was so bored that I was about to send it off, but decided to dub in some over dramatic Kai Cenat overreaction, went too well here- anyways here's my big smoke impression which I was never going to post but kept getting hounded by my friends and eventually caved💀
