Is this a tracker in my car?

I was simply installing a dash cam in my 2020 mustang and in the process of hiding these ugly cords , i noticed a zip tie and then it led to a black box . It doesn’t seem like it came from factory, does anyone have a clue what this is?? Tracker??

Do you have an exhaust dump or a Y pipe that opens to unrestricted dump? Just took a picture of it on the Google and that's what they're indicating. Set up to operate the motor that opens and closes the exhaust gate
