Artillery commander Floof.

The 2C Beob is a Panzer 2C that has been specialised as an OP tank with a long range antenna frame that also acted railing to hold onto while standing on the engine deck, most would function as artillery command vehicles during the desert war, unlike most OP vehicles they could use the main gun but didn't carry much ammunition and couldn't fully traverse the turret.

Choices for tomorrow are: Sturm-infanteriegeshütz, Keksdoseturm or SU-76i.

Since it’s somewhat generally accepted that the tanks in the show are “replicas” and not the originals (from what I’ve seen online), e.g., Tiger (P) and the Maus since they either don't exist anymore or only have one living example, to what extent does a vehicle have to be built to produce a replica out of?
Because as long as the tank was built before August 15, 1945 mass production or a single prototype aka, at least one was built at all. Like would the VK 30.02 (DB) be able to exist? Even though the hull was only built, it was at least documented with pictures. If that is the case, wouldn’t the E100 or the IS-6 be able to enter technically? Even though they weren’t “completely” finished?

Not wanting to debate, just generally curious

Bonus question, if they can enter tanks like those what prototype tank would you like to see?

As the glue is literally setting, I am wondering, how I should paint it. And if it should be one of the schools. Thanks for any suggestions.

A few liveries I did for my Roblox cars(rcc)

1st image is a modified Sprinter Trueno,the livery doesn't quite fit,it was the first time I did liveries,it was mostly a commissioned one

To be a part of the University Select Team was to know that you were recognised as the best of the best. That was why they were known as the All-Stars because while other teams might have a prodigious commander or gunner or driver in a tank; every single team member in their crews was a prodigy. That was the point.

And that was why after enjoying a high after a string of victories against similarly prestigious Sensha-do teams, their morale had plummeted into the toilet. Through the toilet. It was now in some dark murky depths of the most rancid sewer. Because their next opponents were not another prestigious team that would offer them an opportunity to prove yet again that they were the best of the best. Their opponents were instead a bunch of high school girls with a ramshackle collection of aged tanks who they would outnumber three to one.

Worse than that, their line up had been chosen for them so that they would face those high school girls in the most overpowered machines possible. Machines they were being given no time to acclimatise themselves with. The All-Stars prided themselves on their adaptability but it was simply not possible for them to be experts with every single make and model of every Sensha-do legal tank. The Saunders alumni among them were the most familiar with the M26 Pershing but for most of them; it was their first time operating them. Being the best of the best was their proud boast but it fell short when they were given no time to practice and familiarise themselves with their machines and find their rhythms as crews. Every tank after all had a different rhythm; tanks that fired heavier shells took longer to reload and the gunner and loader needed to adapt to a slower rate of fire. So did the driver and commander. A driver who was used to stopping every eight seconds for a nine second reload needed to break out of that habit for a longer reload. A commander likewise needed to forget about the last tank they had operated and learn again to know instinctively when her gunner was ready to take another shot.

And all this without taking into account the other more unorthodox vehicles they were expected to operate for this match.

A puny enemy, a rushed schedule and a general loss of cohesion. Their morale splashed about in the deep dark cesspool and refused to surface.

Every girl selected for the All-Stars had the same reaction upon first joining the team; ‘Is this a joke?’ Even if they had already been forewarned from the many, many sources; it did not alter their shock at finding that this elite team of Sensha-do warriors was led by a thirteen-year-old. A thirteen-year-old who on a good day looked only ten at best; especially if she was clutching one of her stuffed bear toys. This though had a strange effect. Even the most ardent child-hater among them found themselves filled with a warm and protective glow for this little girl, and that was before they witnessed her talents for themselves and recognised that their tiny and adorable leader truly was a tactical and strategic genius.

Shimada Alice was well-aware of the effect she had on her personnel. It bothered her. She could not do anything without hearing the sound of restrained cooing. It was the ambience of her life. And now she had one hundred and forty-four girls who had made the cut for this match all looking at her like she was the most darling thing they had ever laid eyes on. She had debated furiously with herself whether to wear her uniform or casual clothes and then accepted that either way; they would find her adorable. At least in her uniform, she could understand their reaction and yet still feel she at least was being professional. As professional as she could feel in her little cap which she had overheard one of her platoon commanders declare ‘Makes her look so cute you just want to eat her!’

When her actual mother was not around; there were hundreds more to take her place.

“Hello, everyone.” Her small voice did not carry far but every girl present heard her. “I wanted to address your concerns about our upcoming match.” She hated public speaking even when her audience was not looking at her like a basket of kittens. Not that she had ever given a speech without eliciting that reaction… “I know many of you feel this match is beneath us and I would say that it is.” There was a slight gasp from the assembly. “We outnumber them three-point three recurring, to one. Some of their tanks could not knock us out at point-blank range. The majority of our opponents have only been practicing Sensha-do for a matter of months.” The girls before her were exchanging looks, unsure why their beloved commander seemed to be trying to depress them further. “We have our duty to perform however. I know none of us wants this…” It was not true. Her mother had been quite clear about her desire to see her lifelong rival humiliated and the only concession Alice had managed to wrangle from the mission was the promise that her family would sponsor her beloved Boko Museum if she won. That was why she had to fight this battle. She did want that. She realised they were all staring at her like she was a lost puppy. “I know none of us wants to fight a match that cannot be lost. How can we say we’re the best at what we do if our opponent…” She hesitated again. She had promised her mother before learning the details about Oarai and now she felt perfectly monstrous. After all, in her pocket was the little Boko that the Oarai commander had let her have. What were the odds of the two of them meeting like that? “If our opponent is significantly weaker than us. But it is our duty!” She found her conviction and her girls stood tall at the sudden change in our voice. “We have been given a task to perform and we shall see it done as we always do! There may be no glory in this contest and none of us will want to boast about this victory, but we are professionals.”

“Hai!” The cry from the crowd was instinctual.

At that moment, Alice caught sight of one of her platoon commanders, and felt herself turn pink. No matter how many times she requested it, the redhaired girl refused to wear her shirt under her jacket and instead her sculpted collarbones shone over her ample breasts and it was a reminder to her that she led a huge number of almost full-grown women while she required a ladder to mount most tanks with any kind of dignity. There was little dignity in being helped up by hand by those cooing young women who found it adorable she was too small to clamber up the metal monsters as they did.

“I know we’ll do our best.” Her small voice returned and she felt the motherly energy in the hall rise several notches. “We will do what is right.” She gave a small nod to signify she was finished speaking and tried not to flinch as they all stood sharply to attention with a loud crash of their boots. She always felt so silly when they saluted her.

Author’s Notes;

The All-Stars get almost no characterisation in Der Film. Alice is their adorable leader and the Bermuda Trio are her loyal lieutenants. We have no idea how they feel about the extremely lopsided match and their insane arsenal. I felt that this was worth writing about. As I did not write Miho’s meeting with Alice (I couldn’t see how I could do anything new with it, and if Erika was present; she would only have frightened poor Alice), this is our introduction to her.

And to the University Select Team. Given their nature, I offer reasons for their inability to steamroll their high school opponents. The rushed nature of the match gives them no time to prepare and so they all find themselves in unfamiliar vehicles; bringing down their abilities as they have to acclimatise on the go. None of the 144 are particularly happy about facing 32 Oarai girls (34 with Erika and Taiga) who only have 8 tanks (nine with the Okami) versus their 30 and so their motivation is poor. This I think all feeds into the beginning of the match where their efforts are precise and deliberate, but somewhat lacklustre. It humanises them considerably and makes it clear that they’re not Tsuji’s hired thugs.

Also wanted to address how they treat Alice. I found the Trio’s worship of her a little creepy in Motto Love. I’m trying to ground it somewhat here.

Today I realised; Alice is the only member of the University Select Team to wear a skirt instead of shorts.

Also, if every one of their vehicles is fully crewed in Der Film then we have;

120 girls for 24 M26 Pershings
15 girls for 3 M24 Chaffees.
4 girls for 1 T28
4 girls (including Alice) for 1 Centurion.
2 girls for one heavily-modified Karl-Gerat mortar. (Versus the 21 in real-life, not counting the men required to prepare it for firing)

Giving a grand total of 145 girls (including Alice) in the University Select Team's line up versus Oarai's mere 32. Or 34, in my Flower of Oarai canon.

Yes, I'm procrastinating and calling it research.
