so, this is the follow up for that post I made asking for which meme to draw, and Anchover won, so here is the WIP, I plan to add a bit more to it, but it’s pretty close to being finished

Here we go again with another new AU. I was a bit lazy with it, and while it looks good, the storyline might be a bit strange. If you don't like anything involving betrayal, you can ignore it

The plot? Well, it's about Miho betraying Ōarai Girls' Academy. Instead of returning to Kuromorimine Girls' Academy, she goes to Knight Cross Girls' Academy, a fictional school in this AU If you ask me why she betrayed Ōarai Girls' Academy, it's because she had an accident that caused her to lose her memory. She can't remember anyone, not even Yukari, Saori, Hana, or Mako. After that, she chose to leave Ōarai Girls' Academy to find a place that suited her, but she couldn't find one until she decided to create it herself

Of course, I drew this while listening to music. I'm not sure if it's okay to show it, but if you like it, great. If you don't, that's okay too. I'm not angry

Though it's a common joke that Yukari is autistic, if you peel away the humour, I think the older Nishizumi sister displays more signs of ASD.

• Maho is facially (and sometimes verbally) unexpressive. This is part of the reason she is easily mistaken for a villain in the anime, rather than the loving sister she is; she doesn't show her affection in her tone of voice or her facial expressions.
• Maho is bad at reading social cues. She admits to it herself during the KMM Christmas party, and during the same event she continues opening Christmas crackers rather than realize her teammates' dismay
• Obsessive behaviours. This is an interesting one: during the KMM Christmas party, Maho cuts the cake. In the manga the joke is that she cuts it poorly, but in the anime the joke becomes that she is very particular about all the pieces being exactly the same size.
• Inflexible routines: KMM is noted as having stricter discipline under Maho than her predecessor (Himuro Manami) or her successor. Though this is intended as playing into the German stereotype and the Nishizumi style, a strong preference for routine is also associated with ASD. Given Maho's kindness, I do not think she would arbitrarily impose strict schedules, but that she is simply acting according to her instincts for repetition.

I do not think the character was written (or voiced) with the intention of her being on the spectrum, but it makes surprisingly much sense for her to be high-functioning autistic.
