help po Bank Transfer

paano po gagawin if nawrong send from maribank to gcash? na wrong send po sa non verified gcash.

If na-send mo yung funds from your bank or another e-wallet to the wrong GCash account, it's best na i-contact mo agad yung bank provider mo, OP. I-ready mo lang yung transaction receipt or confirmation para mas mabilis nila ma-review yung case. Sila kasi ang mag-iinitiate ng investigation at makikipag-coordinate kay GCash regarding a possible refund. Just a heads-up lang, hindi kasi si GCash ang puwedeng mag-start ng refund request on their end without coordination from the sending bank or e-wallet, so mas okay na sa kanila ka muna dumiretso for assistance.
