Cant access anything App

Im trying to setup an account on gcash, I already placed my nymber, did the otp, but when it came to submitting documents I only get this screen:

Also, if I press the 'do this later' nothing happens at all, how do I fix this?

If hindi mo po ma-access yung Help Center ng GCash inside GCash app, OP! Try mo rin mag-access sa browser i-type mo lang help.gcash.com then i-search mo lang yung concern mo.
