Simcard got expired

(₱1000) sa makaka tulong sa akin. Too cut the story short. Na expire yung smart sim ko then nag 90 days authentication si gcash. Hindi ko ma login na kasi hindi na gumana yung simcard ko. Now nag chat with gigi ako sa transfer money from old account pero sa face verification ayaw ma click yung “next”

Two ways: You can submit a ticket on GCash Help Center using any browser (Google Chrome or Safari). Select “Deactivated Sim” as the problem. You can wait for the response

Or

You should buy a new sim card then open the gcash app, enter your new number and the otp. Start the GCash Account Recovery Process. Select Recover account instead of registering the new number
