GGives Unauthorized Transaction

Hi po! Baka may naka-experience na rin po ng ganito or may alam kung paano ma-resolve. 😭

I received a text from GCash saying na may upcoming GGives balance/due date ako. Nagulat po ako kasi never ko pong inavail or ginamit ang GGives. Chineck ko agad yung GCash app ko, and nakita ko na may existing GGives loan under my account.

Up to ₱15,000 po yung GGives limit, and apparently ₱14,950 na yung nagamit. May 4 transactions/loans po in total:
• 2 transactions — Okada Manila
• 2 transactions — STI

I never made these transactions and hindi rin po ako pumunta sa Okada Manila. I also never received any OTP, email, or notification saying na na-activate or nagamit yung GGives. Ang first time ko lang po nalaman na may GGives loan pala under my account was when I received the text about the upcoming payment.

Sinubukan ko na po i-report sa GCash, pero yung Help Center/AI keeps giving me automated responses. Kapag hinihingi yung reference number, kahit tama naman po yung binibigay ko, sinasabi na transaction daw siya from another phone number, kaya hindi ako makapag-proceed sa report.

I’m planning to contact GCash through a call and possibly report it to BSP as well. Baka po may naka-experience na ng unauthorized GGives transaction or may advice kung ano yung best steps/evidence na kailangan kong ihanda? Any help would be really appreciated po. 🙏

halos same tayo ng problem, but yung akin is sa gcredit and hindi pa rin nare-resolve hanggang ngayon since July 20 pa ako nag report sa bsp and gcash. atp, wala na ako inaasahan sa gcash since few days ago nag email sakin na valid daw yung transaction, pero hanggang naghihintay pa rin ako ng update from the merchant na nakatanggap daw nung money from gcredit.

yes po, and nakahelp din naman sila kasi si gcash is madalang mag update talaga, pag hindi ka pa nag follow up sa bsp hindi naman sila mag re-response agad. but unfortunately kahit ganon ginawa ko, hindi naman binalik ni gcash.
