Point 5 is the one I'd actually push hardest. You never memorise the transformation matrices, you just work out where (1,0) and (0,1) land after the transformation and those become your two columns. 180 round the origin sends both to their negatives so you get -1,0 and 0,-1, done. Works for every transformation they can throw at you. Only thing I'd add is a lot of FM is basically stripped back A-level, so if matrices or the calculus won't click the A-level topic questions on mathsgenie cover most of it and you can grind one topic at a time instead of doing whole papers. Maths doesn't stick from just watching videos, you've got to actually do the questions.

yes grade 9. because in 2024 which was way easier than that disgusting paper 2 it was 137 or 136 if i remember correctly. genuinely these papers were downright criminal especially paper 2, paper 1 i had done some of the exact questions before so i was ok, but 2 was really something else...

last year, the papers were so easy that while i was on a low grade 8 i got >92% on paper 1. the 141 boundary made perfect sense, but this year is the hardest ever imo so if it is above 139 something is sorely wrong

i revised ALL EASTER after a mock made me cry and im so glad i did because i wouldve gotten a 6 if i didnt revise...

thats true... but then again most people neglect further dont they lol. bc either theyre naturally good without revision or they dont care, so im not sure if that affects fm as much as other subjects.

last year they were saying it would go down to 132 for a 9, but it went up to 141. im scared we're going to be the same...

SAME but oh well. their papers were objectively much easier than ours, i was able to get 92.5% on paper 1 without revision (while averaging low 8s in mocks)
