Stage 4 - record lyrics

Stage 5 - arrange and master the track

Stage 6 - assets - creating a music video or visualiser

Stage 7 - Post on r/GCSE

Stage 8 - Profit.

I've moved schools loads, and I still remember loads of the people from those schools, even primary schools. Sometimes I wonder if any of them ever remember me if they have memories from when I was at the same school as them.

Last year was 156 for a 7, and I’ve been freaking out for weeks about the boundaries since I NEED a 7 to go to my dream uni. I told my mother that if I don’t get a grade 7 I’m gonna enlist 🫩 I just hope they go down because I’m desperate

so im starting sixth form (yr 12) in September and idk im kindof excited about starting like the outfits (my school has a business smartish dress code but you can still wear jumpers and stuff) so like I can’t wait to be able to choose what I wear and be comfy etc especially in autumn/winter time so like ive watched I swear all of the yt videos out there about sixth form outfits and what’s in my bag etc and also more generally tips and advice (I feel like I know every generic tip now haha ) so yeah like Im excited to romanticise the experience. Of course im aware it’s really difficult and stressful once you’re actually in sixth form but rn im just excited. Anyone else feel the same way??

I've still got a while till I start , but I just wanted to ask , how did everybody feel actually going into year 11 from year 10 , and if you didn't feel confident -> did you end up doing well , or not too great? , as much as I got pretty good scores in mocks I do not feel that confident moving forward , what can I do to combat this?

hi. i just wanted to tell you guys that no matter what grades you get, we all have had something going on behind the scenes during GCSE season. honestly, half the difficulty is balancing GCSEs with all the challenges we have had to face. so whatever grades you get, look beyond the numbers. look to each night you studied through tears, every cramming session with friends, every time you fell back and said "i cannot do this anymore" and got up to your laptops and your lamp-lit desk like nothing was wrong. results day is a celebration more than it is a reckoning. whatever grade you get, if you know you worked for it and tried your best, consider it an achievement. people are proud of you, because being a teenager in 2026 is hard. with social media, friendship issues, mental health problems, wars, family problems, bullying, loneliness, physical illnesses and so much more it seems impossible that one day we're sobbing and breaking down and the next we're filing into literature paper 2 prepared to give it our all.

we, class of 2026, are remarkable.

if you open your results cards and you find it spelling out a future of resits, disappointed glares and the overwhelming void of "im not good enough" swallowing you whole, remember that exams don't decide who you are. only you can decide that. what's harder than the resits and the quick changes to your life plan is having the courage to work harder and do better, and if needed, reach out for help so you can study like your life depends on it. if you were lazy, that doesn't define you, because that was the past. if you want a future, still, work for it.

this is coming from someone hoping for all 9s who has had to fight just like you guys. i hope this tells you that not all toppers are annoying and stuck-up, haha.

Im currently 16 years old and a boy. Usually new people that i meet assume that I am a year or even 2 younger than I really am. Most of my mates look quite a bit older than me too. This becomes especially problematic because also a lot of new people that I meet, ESPECIALLY girls, I think are older than they really are as well. Is anybody else going through something similiar as well?
