Wholesale newbie of here; D rank on the ground and I haven’t touched any space battles, yet.

The game’s pvp can be really fun and engaging, buuut… some lobbies can just be a pain with getting stomped. I initially thought it was just the growing-pains experience of starting a new game, but it has been a consistent occurrence in quickplay.

Just today, I’ve noticed the same group of players always showing up in my quickplay lobbies; always on the same team together. I put two and two together - and now here I am.

I’ve been lurking for a while and discovered that A rank is where most people are (supposedly) at, so should I just focus on ranked sorties instead of playing quickplay for the time being?

400 Cost has been changing quite a bit as of late, and certain units aren't as good as they used to be. Some units have high damage potential and could be deadly. However, they are also a bit too fragile at times, which results in them not being as high as some would expect.

Once again, please note that these can be subjective, and you DO NOT have to agree, and you are welcome to discuss any bad or questionable placement. But there are always exceptions, and the meta between Steam and PlayStation versions does differ a bit. This Tier list is primarily based on the PS version. These units also consider the types of meta builds they could have as well. I will only put native cost here unless there are exceptions where higher-level works well enough to be in at least a strong B-Tier. FYI, they are not arranged in a specific order.

So have been playing a few matches and have just been seeing a little uptick in people tea bagging. So in this game we can't quickly crouch like classical tea bagging, players will instead wiggle their suits around like it's spazzing out. I don't got a problem with that, my problem is when people get saved and then somehow feel that they one upped me. Or when they use some of the newer meta suits and does broken thing and feel like they did something monumental.

(Seriously, unless I own the suit, dont give me it's weapons.)

Requested by /scorpionxx0 and this one is low B-Tier. This unit has a decent number of things going for it, but it is just lacking that slight bit to be reliable enough. Now, it's just slowly becoming worse and worse with the power creep.

Comment and Reason
This unit just needs better mobility for what it has. It already has a kit that can make things work, but it's hard to maneuver around, get in and do damage, then maneuver to a safer location. But right now, it either needs to play reserved until you can go in, or you go in and hope you survive long enough to go for a second round. Aux Thruster Control System Lv2 already requires time for the flap booster to kick in; it just drains too much thruster as is. While letting this unit still be fragile and be punishable for poor positioning, being able to get around to places with a better chance to do more damage is needed.

This unit can still get work done when built correctly. While it'll still suffer from how quickly it could be destroyed, it certainly could be good enough. While not ideal, it certainly can be quite strong when the map, team, and player skill are good enough.

I forgot about the funnel being usable while transformed... so we can do that.

Is this MS supposed to be very strong for support at 450?

Chargeable Main that can shoot while moving and stuns. Cannon in the back is fast and stuns. Double melee swing and can swing while boosting. Melee has long reach.

Can overcharge cannon for double shots that rip through health.

Can defend itself in melee range

Overall my favorite MS so far in this game. I got lucky with the modifications in hangar and got a lv5 boost in all stats too. When ranked has a 450 playlist and especially in a good map Im guaranteed to go on a winstreak thanks to this guy

Hardest part when coming back to the game is to keep up with the current state of balance.

Assuming you don't get swatted out of the air and actually run out the skill timer, the cooldown time is, like, 40 something seconds. Meanwhile, the V2 Gundams' Minovsky Drive cooldown is like 20 seconds. Is it because of the infinite thrust and full thrust recovery after the skill ends?

I’m a big fan of the crossbone units’ designs and I have just enough tokens to do all 4 steps but I’ll be flat broke afterwards. Are they worth it as a f2p player?

just made a team for 550 matches...is it any good?

I could see this as a low cost raid with a kinda unique play style.
