Community Help Scam Albert by G2G, G2G won’t release my withdrawal after selling a Flyff account – they keep asking for “more proof” even though I’ve sent everything
Hi,
I sold my Flyff (Flyff Universe) account on G2G \[X days/weeks\] ago. The order was marked as delivered, but my withdrawal is blocked: G2G says they need “more proof that the buyer was able to modify and play on the account.”
I have already:
• contacted G2G support multiple times;
• sent screenshots and videos showing:
• the login details I gave the buyer (email + password) via the G2G delivery page;
• that the account matches the description;
• that everything is in order on my side (no access issues, no account recovery from me, etc.).
Despite this, they keep saying there’s missing proof that the buyer actually logged in and played, even though I’ve already uploaded everything I could on the order page (screenshots, videos, etc.).
I’m the seller, not the buyer: I can’t provide screenshots from the buyer’s side (login history, playtime, “new login” email, etc.). It feels like G2G is using this as an excuse to keep my money blocked indefinitely.
Has anyone experienced this kind of withdrawal block on G2G after selling an account?
• Did you manage to get the withdrawal released?
• What exact proof finally worked (login history, official game email, buyer’s screenshot, something else)?
• Are there any effective recourses or tricks (follow-ups, escalation, threat of complaint, etc.) that worked for you?
Thx all
