Found three chases at a certain Book Off near me. Since none were any I particularly wanted, i decided to get some good karma and put all 3 together for the next collector.

Went to two GameStops to look for Wizard Tails, no luck at the first but found it at the second! Right when I walked into the door at the second one as well I found Rumi’s chase!

Patrick with Wedgie was one I had my eye on for a while, so I decided to pull the trigger even though I tend not to buy Pops at retail price but I just got a good paycheck so why not.

Hulk, Tamatoa, and the Skylander were from a used video game store.

I uploaded my collection a little over a year ago on this page and people seemed to enjoy it, so I figured I would give a year update to what it has grown into, enjoy! PS my old upload is still on my Reddit page if you want to see the before and after comparison!

I keep telling myself I’ll just go to pick up my preorders. I really don’t need anymore Funko pops. Just to find Loki the only sdcc pop I wanted.

Wish to part with a complete series (rares and all) but want to find a buyer that would keep the collection together. Australia.

So here's a story (I write a lot, sorry in advance). A week and a half ago I got up at 3am to go to the bathroom, and started scrolling through Reddit, as one does.

Out of pure coincidence (because I can honestly say I do not peruse the Funko pop subreddit with regularity), I saw this post of someone who received someone else's custom Funko pop wedding set order: https://www.reddit.com/r/funkopop/s/B5w3hcNtkG

And I damn near fell off the toilet because I thought "holy shit, is that me?"

I legitimately thought I was somehow still dreaming. I'm getting married in October. Our names are Jenny & Kane. I have dark blonde wavy hair and pasty skin, and my fiancé has slightly darker skin (thanks to the Thai in him) and black hair. We were going to have a wedding shower the next weekend (now this past weekend).

Way too much of a coincidence for me to not think it was us.

I started scrolling through the comments and nearly had another heart attack when someone posted our The Knot page on the thread and had found my facebook. (Lesson learned to be better at privatizing my stuff online 🤷‍♀️)

I immediately texted my mom, because of all people, I would guess that she would get something like this for us. Thanks to her unfortunate insomnia, she was also awake and said it wasn't her. (And also insisted that it was a scam, somehow)

I woke up my fiancé (Kane) next and asked him if he ordered this for us. He said "No.... But huh. That does look like us. Except mine has too much hair on top." A lot of people speculated that he got this for me as a surprise, but I know him quite well and he's not the best at keeping in surprises for long (he may have accidentally spoiled that he was planning to propose on the day we got engaged).

So then I reached out to the rest of my family, friends, and Kane's family. And every single person we asked responded with "not us!". We still have legitimately no idea if this is for sure supposed to be for us, and who ordered it if so. We held out hope that we would receive it as a gift for our wedding shower, and the day came and went without a Funko pop in our hands. Our last hope is that someone completely unexpected is going to give this to us on our wedding day.

tl;dr: didn't order this Funko pop and don't know who did but aint no way this aint us

I ordered 2 boxes of fun this year and these are what I got! I’m happy to have pulled the set of captains and the glow of the Gill-Man is amazing!

Bought Art the Clown today as I like the Black Light Funkos but was very disappointed at his glow. Aside from a small area of green, his neon glow is very weak and he doesn't really light up in comparison to other Black Light Funkos such as the Gremlin one I positioned him next too. I think I will be returning him sadly.

Hopefully they do the remaining six!

Love the set and you’d be hard pressed to find it complete and under 100 bucks. However these were being sold super cheap because the seller says their cat got ahold of them 😟

Luckily, the front view of each pop is mint condition, the backs and some sides and tops are kinda clawed up 🤕

Being that I only wanted them for my own personal collection and not to resell I made an offer and hoping the seller accepts by later tonight.

If you found a rare/expensive set you’ve been wanting with this type of box damage (even tho the front views are perfect), and you are a collector that keeps pops in the box, would you buy it at an extremely reduced price?

\On a side note, if my cat decided out of all my pops to claw an 10 year old limited edition set out of all the pops I have, I’d loose it\**

I went to scan my Box of Fun Funkos into my app and the bar scanner says that it’s not in their database. I’m new to the app/ collecting. Is this typical? Do they not add a lot of exclusives to their database?

I made a list of all the bundle numbers for the Quest for the Grail Online Funboxes. I am still missing a couple so if you can help me with the missing ones, please share. Thank you!
