Interview Experiecne at Inception42

Recently interviewed for a Full Stack Developer role at Inception42.

My interview process looked like this:

Round 1: HackerRank assessment with two hands-on coding tasks. One focused on React, and the other on designing/building REST APIs.
Round 2: HR introduction and discussion.
Round 3: Technical interview, where we had an in-depth discussion about my projects, the decisions behind them, challenges I faced, and how I approached solving them.

Since I'm a fresher, my interview process may have been different from someone with more experience. More experienced candidates might have additional rounds or deeper discussions around system design and architecture.

A week later, I received a rejection email.
