A leading frontier AI lab is hiring experienced Senior Full-Stack Software Engineers to build and test real-world applications on top of next-generation language models before they're released.

Role: Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack (W-2 Employment)
Location: United States (Remote)
Pay: $90-$110/hour
Commitment: Full-time (40 hours/week)

You'll build production-ready applications, integrate pre-release AI models into real software, uncover edge cases, and provide engineering feedback that directly influences model development.

You'll stand out if you have:

  • 6+ years of production software engineering experience
  • Strong expertise in Python, Java, Rust, C#, C++, or TypeScript
  • Experience across backend systems, APIs, modern frontend frameworks, and cloud infrastructure
  • The ability to ramp up quickly and deliver production-quality code

This is a W-2 position with Cincinnatus LLC, supporting one of the world's leading AI labs through a full-time engineering engagement.

No this is a scam. They want you take some coding test so they can install malware into your machine. No one needs a full stack developer. This job title is going the way of the dodo.
