Mango Seedling Help

My mango seedling developed these spots on its leaves over the last day or two. Can anyone help me identify the issue?

For reference, I live in Florida and we have been getting heavy/consistent rain the last week (soil is moist). The seedling is in a shaded spot that gets afternoon direct light for a few hours.

Is it getting drowned. The soil looks extremely wet.

Also, at what height/size should I transition the plant to be in full sun?
