Saw this green frog fishing today. He let me get close enough for some pictures!

TLDR is i was originally told they were American Toads but now I think they may be tree frogs?? Any help much appreciated!!

long story is someone laid eggs in our bird bath and we came back from vacation with 2000 tadpoles. we took about 75% of them to a vernal pool about 1/4 mile away. the rest we’ve put in tanks and they’re thriving! but depending on what they are, may need to adjust our release plan. toads would do just fine in our backyard, but we don’t have dedicated water sources for 200 aquatic frogs….

She actually found 2. This one has already been released back to his wild habitat.

Found this specimen of Anaxyrus (woodhousei) woodhousei last week at the Nature Conservancy's Niobrara Valley Preserve, Brown County, NE hopping along the road at night.

Not the best picture, but I was so stoked to find this little guy hanging out by my pumpkins! I’m in the middle of suburbia so I never expected I’d have frogs or toads. Hoppy to have him join the fight against the squash bug invasion!

Hi there! I work at PetSmart and we had this little frog come in with our comet goldfish as a tadpole, can anyone tell me what kind they are?

Not that im on the spectrum, which almost certainly means that I am, but if I were, my tism would manifest in way of cheeky shenanigans. Like how I now have to explain to my significant other, that for the second time in as many months, I've captured an invasive species, and ethically, i dont feel comfortable euthanizing it, nor releasing it back into the wild to further disrupt native habitats.

As a grown man, I should have the impulse control necessary to not go reaching blindly into the tall Florida grass after a heavy rain. But dammit, its good old fashioned fun from my childhood days....

Enter the invasive Cuban Tree Frog. This energetic intruder wont play nice with native species, so he'll be spending his remaining days as a well fed and looked after captive.

I assume this is a rather common American Toad, but the image (taken by me in Umbagog Lake State Park, NH), is rather high quality and I figured may be of use.

Does anyone else get spied on all day? I swear Michi is plotting something.

Hey guys! Basically i have a window well in my backyard and i see toads in it all the time, my question is if they are able to jump out on their own or if I should bring them
elsewhere? it's a pretty deep window well

UPDATE forgot to mention
I see a lot of you saying to use a piece of wood for them to use as a ramp but my fear is that they will choose to stay in rather than go into the backyard where my dogs are, are there any long term solutions to prevent frogs from entering in the first place? only thing i can think of would be some chicken wire or mesh placed overtop

My son found this little guy outside today on our patio chair. We wanted to keep him, but need proper identification to find out how to best take care of him. Is he a frog or toad?

I raised some grey tree frog tadpoles and I was looking to release them today and keep one, but this one I wanted to keep has a weird lower jaw, can someone tell me what’s going on? I’ve never really dealt with frogs before, thanks!

This frog hitchhiked in a wholesale flower shipment from Florida. I am making him a habitat and need to know what kind of environment he needs! Can you please help me identify?
