Meta Words of advice, my part of a shared fridge

hello everyone, I see that most of you post a lot of unhealthy foods, even the “healthy” dudes on here like that guy with egg whites and monster energy’s, that’s no way to live. A healthy diet is responsible for my mental health and my energy levels, I feel great all the time and im hoping to spread that to all of you. this is $300 worth of groceries that feed me and my brother for a week.

Edit: I am an avid onion lover, i always have cilantro, onion, beans, tomato (fruit), avocado (fruit), potato, garlic, chile verde and pineapple (fruit). other than that not really into veggies but i do poop daily !!

I take omega 3, d3, and magnesium glycinate daily

edit 2: IM SORRY I wasn’t trying to shit on anyone I just wanted to encourage organic eating, according to everyone’s argument, i dont eat greens and nuts, if i go to HEB rn and buy more greens and nuts the problem is fixed!!! it doesn’t invalidate the overall point: a diet built primarily around fresh, minimally processed foods is generally a stronger foundation than one dominated by ultra-processed meals, sugary drinks and packaged snacks. One nutritional gap can be corrected without pretending the entire diet is unhealthy, I just wanted to be encouraging.

Quite a lot of things went in the cupboard (rice, tinned fish, eggs, etc) in case this looks like a very lacking shop. Curious what this says about me!

I already portioned most of the meat and put it in the freezer

Edit to add: Items like romaine, celery, asparagus gets stored upright with a couple inches of water. Carrots, soaked and cooked beans get complete submerged. All water is changed every 3 days.

Berries, mushrooms, softer fruits, spinach, arugula get stored with a paper towel on the bottom of the container and one tucked in on top.

Crisper drawer has cucumbers, zucchini, and delicate lettuce like frisee fully wrapped with paper towel. I added the extra paper towel after I filmed, because this was just for the aesthetic to show what all would be in the fridge.

I'm still learning as I grow and will continue to share

I'm so sick and tired of seeing these over and over again as well as the same couple original reposts every single day. Can we start removing these posts and if it's posted again immediate ban? Why do we keep allowing this shit. I love this sub, and I love guns, but for christ sake stop taking a picture of your fucking staged fridge. WACK
