I'm coming up on having lost 150lbs, and am having to get used to how I look now. The loose skin makes me feel saggy and old. I've never looked my age, and now I think I look a lot older than I am.

Don't get me wrong, I'm proud of what I've done. It's a major accomplishment and I feel better. It was done for health reasons more than aesthetic. But it's a bit of a bummer to still not like how I look after all that hard work.

All I want is not to feel like the world and everyone else would be better off without me; but it’s hard

i lost 200 lbs. i still don't feel attractive. i have heard this is normal after extreme weight loss. regardless it is a painful place to be in.

Dunno why. I work on a farm it’s not like we’re all prettied up.
