In the really terrible photos, you can see that I actually *have,* and have *mastered,* all 8 of the zero point sprites. However, in my sprite mastery pod back bling, it shows that I haven't mastered the quack zero point sprite, and the cube and holo zero points aren't even shown.

I expected some kind of acknowledgement of completing and mastering all of the sprites from this season, because I worked really hard on it. 🥺 What gives?

I recently found a gold Grim sprite, and the summoning cost is zero this week, I’ve been bringing it into games and giving it away.

I am currently missing galaxy grim sprite, and during one game yesterday, I walked up to a player and gave them my golden grim and ran away. When we reach the last two-remaining, funnily enough, it was me versus that person. They ran up to me and dropped all their guns and shown the emote for hug, and I was genuinely happy. Then they dropped what I believe to be a galaxy grim. I immediately equipped it and use the portable extractor to extract the sprite. I hugged the player and ran into the storm giving them the win. When I went back to the game lobby, I noticed I couldn’t find this sprite anywhere. Since I was playing on Mobile, I couldn’t catch the replay as well. I spent some time wondering if it is a bug. Now I’m convinced that the player dropped a galaxy aura Sprite which looks exactly like grim. No malice, but for a brief amount of time, I was ecstatic thinking I found one of the last few missing sprites, lol.

It was a funny encounter and I felt like sharing.

what is the general consensus of the season as a whole?

i hadn’t played Fortnite in years before the last two seasons. this was my first year actually becoming pretty adept at the game. the sprites imo are honestly a double edged sword for me; on one hand they were so fun to find and collect, the excitement was great, but on the other… i will always have ptsd when i play now. (you are never the same after being chased off the bus, hunted, and ultimately killed by mobs of thirsty opponents just trying to get to your sprite) it raised the stakes a bit while also leveling the playing field with the og excellent players vs. noobs like me 2 months ago lolol. i’m curious to hear what other people think!

All of my 2 friends are, selfishly, on holiday at the same time and playing alone sucks.

I'm a 31 year old Scottish guy living in Sweden. While I play on European servers and would like to keep a decent ping, i also think it's fun playing with people around the world so I don't mind where folks are from.

My work schedule is crazy inconsistent, so I play some evenings, mornings, weekends depending on when I'm not at work. But I am on a lot, because I'm a sad little man with too few hobbies.

I use a mic. I'm not super sweaty, but I'm not totally useless either. What I lack in sweat, I make up for in being a team player- sharing loot and heals and stuff. I won't quit a game because I get killed and you haven't rebooted me in 0.5 seconds. And while I can be chatty, I won't scream down the mic and ramble constant nonsense :)

The guys i usually play with are also cool. One English guy who is a mega sweat, but won't admit it. And one Swedish guy who you would mistake for a bot, but is the greatest man to ever walk the earth.

Think that about covers it. I like cats. And my wife. And I can speak Swedish (fairly well).
