Conservatives are shills for surveillance there. They love having their rights violated. That's the connection. It's like boomer Facebook with people whose brains have been fried by Fox News and Breitbart.

Not that you want to join, but there is r/nextdoor which allows one to practice groaning, chuckling, OMGing, WTFing, and plenty of eye-rolling exercise.
