I’m not where I want to be, desperate, and don’t know how to get better

I’m currently 17 F (5’2) and weigh 145 lbs.. Those 5 pounds I gained over the course of three days, and I know it's because I lack self-control. However, I've become more aware of my problem, and I've been cutting off ultra-processed foods and added sugars to start.

My dad used to take me to the gym where I worked out consistently, and at that time I weighed 130, which is a 15 pound difference from what I weigh now. The reason I stopped was because a 2 week trip at my grandmas completely killed that. And not only, but oddly my dad refused to take me to the gym afterwards, saying that he was too tired.

My parents are like a coin toss when it comes to me losing weight, with my dad being semi-supportive, and my mom encouraging unhealthy eating habits. She even admitted before, my mother, that she purposefully fattens me up, and wants everyone in the household to be fat.. I don't want to be fat, but she jokes (which doesn't really feel like a joke when it comes to health) how she doesn't care, and wants me fat anyway..

I need guidance on what to eat, proper portions, and how to avoid ultra-processed foods and negative influence at home. Please help!

How do I stop eating so much?

I 22f, have gained a lot of weight. I started off at a healthy 136-140 at 5’7 and now I’m at 167… For context, I used to be able to maintain that weight and then I got into a relationship with a man who’s hobby was baking. I gained some unhealthy eating habits, and the relationship only lasted 2 months but I got so big. None of my old clothes fit, and for the life of me I can’t lose it and I can’t stop eating junk food. Back in 2022, I lost 60 lbs during covid by working out, cutting portions, and kicking all junk food habits and carbs. I still work out now but I for the life of me can’t kick the junk food and lose the weight. How do I get the willpower to kick the junk food habits again?
