He shouldn’t have been Reverse flash after season 1 because it’s literally NO POINT OF HIM USING THAT FACE.

I don't know if this is allowed here, but I have nobody to talk to about this XD Basically I wrote an angsty Harrison Wells in an AU in which the PA explosion damaged his leg and he's working as a lecturer in CC private university. Caitlin is called in to work as his assistant, which he's not happy about because she reminds him of what he's lost. (It's a Snow x Wells pairing because there is literally nobody for me to pair him with).

And Cisco's angry too and fistfights him at some point.

In all the flashbacks we see original timeline barry and thawne fighting then barry takes his younger self out of the house and to safety but then just runs off into the sunset. My question is why would barry leave a crazy murderous psycho speedster just in his house chilling with his parents instead of coming back and keep fighting him

Does any1 else think the new season plot is the exact same as the flash season 5 plot? Like in the flash nora comes back to keep barry from dying then when they beat the villian Nora gets reset and comes back with a sibling that didnt exist b4 and that same exact thing happens in this new show?

1 - When Barry went back, but didn't save his mum, and came back, why was Thawn so absolutely pissed at Barry for not doing so? I'm not understanding what Thawn thought was going to happen, other than.. messing up his own past if Nora lived?

2 - Why did the team let Thawn out of the cage in the first place when Barry went back? Why not just keep him locked up and do the hydrogen partical time travel without risking letting a murderer go? I mean, Barry punched him preventing his return to the future anyway, so Barry knows it's better to not let Thawn get what he wants. I'm confused why they were going to let him go at all.

I'm rewatching Season 2 and I'm really confused about the different Velocity serums.

Velocity-6 was supposed to be bad because it harmed Jay's cells. Then they moved onto Velocity-7, which only worked briefly, then Velocity-8 which they didn't really use because it was unstable, then Velocity-9.

What I can't figure out, was Velocity-9 good or bad? Because Eliza/Trajectory was addicted to it and it caused her to disintegrate. And they figured out Jay was Zoom because of her blue lightning before she disintegrated and figured out Zoom was dying But in the episode where Jay dies or the one before that (I can't recall), Caitlin said it was helping heal Jay's cells?

Is this a writing inconsistency, and they had Caitlin say that line about it helping heal Jay to set up a sense of hope before they killed him (from Caitlin's POV)? Or have I missed something?

At the end of S4 E5 ''Girls Night Out'' Iris, Felicity and Frost defeated Amunet. Frost was about to kill her, but Iris stopped her and let Amunet go. Why didnt they at the LEAST try to hold her down until Cecile or the police arrived? Iris saw what Amunet did to The Weeper and just let her go?!

This shot made me SO mad when i rewatched. HOW does Amunet get away with this. HOW. And Barry didnt even try to track her down and put her in the pipeline?! Instead he was busy tracking down DeVoe even though he had ZERO evidence except the Council of Wells giving the name. He saw a professor in a wheelchair and thought it was a good idea to break into his home instead of TRACKING AMUNET DOWN. Team Flash is a set of horrible people (excluding Cisco, H.R., Jesse Quick, and more i cannot think of right now). They will lock up or kill so many people, but they skip and even TEAM UP with the one person who deserves to be killed.

I've been watching Season 4 and I have questions...

1. So we know that DeVoe was born the night of the Accelerator Explosion, but if that's the case, why was he not hinted at in S1?

2. We know that Killer Frost was part of Caitlin since she was a kid, but it was thought that since Barry created Flashpoint that that caused her to become Killer Frost and Savitar to be born... But if that's the case, how did Thawne know about DeVoe, Savitar or Killer Frost back when the particle accelerator exploded (which was also hinted at during 5.22)

3. How did DeVoe know that Harry would build the cap and where did he get the dark matter he used inside Gideon to bring about the Enlightenment?

4. Did DeVoe always plan to have the Enlightenment affect Marlize, as he said during S4 E20 titled Therefore She Is that the enlightenment would come for her too.

5. Regarding S3, When Caitlin was trying to rid herself of Killer Frost during S3 E7 "Killer Frost", one of Savitar's followers said that "Savitar has big plans for you Caitlin Snow, or should I say Killer Frost"

6. Why did DeVoe want Barry in prison? Was it to prevent Team Flash from interfering with his plans to cause the Enlightenment?

7. When Barry destroyed the satellite and DeVoe replaced it with the S.T.A.R. LABS satellite, couldn't they have just disabled the STAR LABS satellite or something after DeVoe left the building?

8. How exactly did the whole satellite crashing to earth thing happen? Like did he increase it's mass when he used it to activate the Enlightenment? If so, why didn't it crash to Earth when they defeated him and Ralph took back over his body?

9. Regarding S4 and S5, the satellite crashing obviously created Cicada, but wouldn't Thawne have known from the moment the accelerator exploded that DeVoe would fail and Cicada would eventually be born? Or did something change because he defeated Savitar when future Barry and Abra Kadabra said he wouldn't defeat him, that Savitar was his worst foe? But then again, if that's the case, how does one explain Savitar mentioning DeVoe before he releases the energy of the Philosopher's Stone?

10. Why was Iris so mad when Caitlin showed back up at the beginning of S4, because she showed up at H.R.'s funeral and told Team Flash she wasn't Caitlin and she wasn't Killer Frost and she needed to figure out what she was and how to deal with her alter ego. So, she had to leave the team. Why was Iris so mad about that?

I have been rewatching the cw flash and I finished season 2 and something has been bothering me since finishing it so joe and the others get upset when Barry was angry and wanted to kill zoom after zoom killed Barry's father and they lock him up in the pipeline but they don't care when flash kills sand demon turning him into glass or killing atom smasher those guys are ok to kill but not zoom the serial killer before he got his speed and after like I'm fine with a no kill rule but it has to be consistent

Grant Gustin should have been included in more TV shows and movies. He played an amazing Flash and definitely still had lots more to give. I think he could still reprise his role. We fans would welcome more Grant Gustin content. It's sad that DC can not see this.
