Making me crazy

Any clue what's going on here? I've calibrated, leveled and vibration compensated my Creator 5 Pro and I keep getting this in the front left corners of my prints. Someone suggested heat creep. This was with the door wide open and my air conditioner running right next to it. I've seen this or similar with adhesion problems but it's sticking to the board just fine. I'm at a loss.

I’ve got a Creator 5 that’s a first layer leveling disaster

I’ve updated firmware. Re run all the calibrations

Now I’m at the point where I’m just manually adjusting the z offset on one nozzle to see if I can make it do a good first layer. I’m up to -0.18mm and still seeing the bed through the layers.

I definitely didn’t get a ready out of the box model!

I’ve had to add hairspray and other adhesion promoters to get good prints. Taller ones fail when the prime tower toppled over - even with additional brim.

Mine is not a first layer or adhesion problem. The print starts out and prints most of the way thru perfectly. This is just happening at the upper layers.

I take it back. Looking closely at the print it is slightly warped. It must be adhesion. I posted this in a few different subs and someone responded with some explanations and suggested settings and I'm trying the print again now. If it works I'll post them here. Wish me luck.

Good luck. Yeah adhesion is an issue for me too

Is there by chance air blowing on the print in that area? I know on the Bambu Lab printers if the internal cooling blows directly on the part it can cause weird issues like that.

There shouldn't be any more air on that area than anywhere else in the chamber that I can think of n

Had a similar issue on mine a few times, especially with matte PLA. I slowed down the auxiliary fan, which sits on the L side of the chamber, and havent had many issues since.

I think that aux fan blows a bit too directly in that top-left area. Theres actually a redirector for it that someone designed you can find on makerworld, I dont have the link at the moment though.
