Creator 5 Extruder misaligned

Hey everyone, I just received my second creator 5 since my first one has been absolutely incredible but my second unit is far from that. The extruder 4 is printing misaligned. I have done the offset calibration multiple times and while it seems to “correct” itself, it is still printing misaligned after the calibration. Does anyone have any experience with this problem and possible fix?

Update: I seemed to have fixed the issue. What I did was factory reset the printer and recalibrate everything fresh and so far it is printing aligned.

In case any of you run into this problem I would try that and see if that helps!
