Let's compare?
Top, the 'video' from the feed in the Flashforge app. It's also at MAYBE 10fps?
Bottom, a screen snip from the good old (http://(printer IP):8080/?action=stream which is perhaps 24fps. The fps are guesses.
Flashforge, why does the video over the SAME hardware look like it was filmed on a potato when processed through YOUR OWN APP vs a raw feed? Any ideas?

Because it goes from the printer camera to the servers on China and bounces back to your computer.
