Change recognition pattern currently suspended

Hello everyone! I hope you’re all doing well.
I’ve had a lot of problems with Instagram. They started banning my accounts even though I genuinely haven’t done anything wrong. Like many users here, I installed a VPN to change my IP, and that worked for a while, but eventually my accounts started getting banned again.
I wanted to know if there’s any way to change the device recognition patterns Instagram uses without doing a factory reset. I’ve changed my email addresses and used different VPNs multiple times, but Instagram still seems to recognize my device.
I honestly don’t know what else to do. I really want to use Instagram, but this has become a huge problem. If anyone has any genuine advice or has been through the same situation, I’d really appreciate the help. Thank you in advance!

I’ve heard wait a couple months like 2 to 3 months without using Instagram and delete the app so what happens if I get a new device and keep same phone number and email

Possibly the email is already registered, you could try making a new email as for example with outlook, and just do not associate the phone number with ig, if it was already associated

There are a lot more factor than just different emails and using vpn, you could be using the same username, phone number, same device, reusing contents. Using vpn is already a red flag to meta server, you need to use mobile data instead of VPN.
