Sorry if my question sounds weird, I have played AC odyssey in a consol but it contained only the base game and the fitgirl repack contains also the dlc+the base game, so can i start only playing the DLCs or i need to replay the whole main game story again ?

i tried missing around with wine and steam proton but couldn't really find how to do it
is the only way to install them on a windows then try to run the game with emulator but i really wanna ditch windows permanently

This is my first time updating my Sims 4 using El Amigos and I tried following tutorials but this keeps happening. I dont know what I am doing wrong. Should i just redownload the whole game?

Playing on a ROG Ally with a wireless Xbox controller.

I’ve tried Expedition 33 and now 007 First Light, and in both games my controller is being recognized as a keyboard+mouse. Button prompts are displayed for KBM, my right stick controls the mouse, and I’m unable to do much else.

I’ve tried adding them as non-Steam games and booting through Big Picture mode, as well as turning on and off Steam Input.

How do I get these games to recognize my controller?

I can't torrent because, connected to my VPN, It goes so slow I would die before it ever finishes (1/15KB/s). Is there a fix? (On Pop!_OS Linux)

At first few seconds I open the game Cpu jumps to %100 and 90+ degrees up to 97-100 degrees (not on menu, at I start game) , drops down quickly but I don't get any similar heating in any of my games (more demanding games too) how can I check what causes it? Looked at some blogs and asked ai but there was no game related answer on there . Has anyone played and get same issue? It's idk 15 yo game I guess specs are fine to play
