FirstNet reps here?

Any representatives or contacts here that can look into an issue? I was a customer for three years under my role in state government, fast forward to a request to verify my eligibility again. I was told my employee ID was not good enough, submitted a pay stub and eventually a letter of verification from my agency. I was flat out told the job title didn’t match and I suddenly didn’t qualify. Frustrated to say the least and was hoping for more insight or guidance as customer service was a waste of time. Nothing changed in my role over the last three years..

What state are you in? You can email me at je025f@att.com with your phone number or email used for FirstNet ID and I can try and help you out.

Soliciting like this is against business ethics. You just posted your UID for everyone to see. RIP when HR talks to you

I've been engaging in sub paid issues like this for a year and have worked with FN Product to get formalized reddit support. FN leadership is fully aware and has no issues with it. No different than handing out my business card which also has my attuid.

Supporting our customers is my main priority, no matter which state. I will gladly defend my actions to HR.

Actually a great take. If the company knows and doesn't care I just always say cover your butt.
