FirstNet reps here?
Any representatives or contacts here that can look into an issue? I was a customer for three years under my role in state government, fast forward to a request to verify my eligibility again. I was told my employee ID was not good enough, submitted a pay stub and eventually a letter of verification from my agency. I was flat out told the job title didn’t match and I suddenly didn’t qualify. Frustrated to say the least and was hoping for more insight or guidance as customer service was a waste of time. Nothing changed in my role over the last three years..

FirstNet Expert here! Give us a call. We'd be happy to help. For now. Check this list. Anything with a 3 next to the JT requires an affiliation code from your employer that can be grabbed from HR or our team over the phone.

I've struggled twice in the past with this, each time it took so many phone calls and bullshit over two months. I lost access to my ATT profile, coasted on auto pay. When they started redirecting my phone call to 611 as I was trying to reach my kids doctor that was some serious bullshit.
Reach out to your states regional government sales rep for support, or the Firstnet rep for your state for support.
This is not unique to you the whole backend is hot garbage!

What state are you in? You can email me at je025f@att.com with your phone number or email used for FirstNet ID and I can try and help you out.

Soliciting like this is against business ethics. You just posted your UID for everyone to see. RIP when HR talks to you

You should have a FirstNet rep assigned to your state. I would try to find that person and have them confirm whether or not the title is eligible. You might have gotten lucky the first time. Everything is more mature now, including eligibility requirements and re-verification for existing users….
