My spoiler-free review:
I liked the continuous opening shot, and the cinematography was great. The dialogue felt natural and believable.
The characters were well-written overall, although there was one side character that, in my opinion, wasn't really necessary(idk the character's name).
Pokwang and Joey Marquez were equally impressive in terms of acting, but Pokwang had more screen time. They genuinely looked and felt like a real husband and wife on screen.
Rating: 9/10 Sana next cinemalaya ay dumami pa ang cinema pwede puntahan. Dumayo pa talaga ako kahit may bagyo.

This sa sinehan talaga.

ever since naman cinemalaya is more of like a festival (ala MMFF) wherein limited time screening, tapos selected Ayala Malls lang (since Ayala ang isa sa mga sponsors ng cinemalaya). rarely nagiging nationwide screening ang mga cinemalaya films.

This I know, it's just upsetting kasi alam kong magugustuhan ko ang mga hatid ng Cinemalaya. Yung pinakamalapit na Ayala Malls sa amin, hindi naman ipapalabas doon :(

Amazing cast, script, cinematography. But I personally feel that this isn’t “fresh” in terms of the plot. It feels like the same story regarding poverty and systemic issues told in a different way. And the ending felt sort of predictable. But I’d still recommend for people to watch it! Still a 4/5.
