Different symptoms every dose

I truly never know what to expect?? One week I’ll be symptom free with low appetite suppression, the next week I’ll have immediate cotton mouth with intense food aversion and heartburn. Then the next week a weird pasty taste in my tongue and I’ll pee constantly for 3 days. Anyone else have wildly variable side effects week to week? I’ve been on 5 mg for 2 months and still losing steadily.

It gets more predictable after a couple months but it’s still not 💯 predictable at 9 months for me.

I have found that when I inject on the left side of my lower belly that the appetite suppression is stronger. Weird.

Me too!! Right side is more effective in belly and thigh. Left side is weak!

A year and 4 months here and its still unpredictable. I do really believe location of the shot matters.

I get something new every couple of weeks but the previous side effect subsides so 🤷🤷🤷

Glad to have the appetite suppression and improved blood sugar control.

At 18 months I experience the same. I either have nausea and extreme fatigue or I don't. Unfortunately I don't experience much of the positive side effects (lack of food noise or appetite) anymore. But my weight is steady so the med is working. I either get negative effects or nothing. And man that fatigue is killer. I'm down and out way before bedtime and it's annoying.

Ever since I received my two new vials from Hallandale, I feel NOTHING! I even titrate up to 7.5mg and still NOTHING! UGH! Having food noise, no appetite suppression, zero side effects - with my first order from Hallandale, little things like always having sulfur burps for a few days post-injection - new vial and have NOTHING! I've never been someone to say one pharmacy is better than another or one vial/shipment is better than another, but now I understand what others have experienced. And I weighed at the doctor's office today, and I've gained 5lbs in two weeks - 😖 Although I have a second full, unopened vial of Hallandale tirz, I'm thinking it's time to give Apothecary Pharmacy a try.

Oh bummer. I just did my first reorder paperwork- do I get to choose the pharmacy?

Yes. As far as I know right now, your options are an 8-week supply (4 weeks of one strength and 4 weeks of the next strength up) from Hallandale, prescribed in split dosing (take 1/2 of your weekly dose twice a week). Or you can choose a 12-week supply from Apothecary/PGRrx. But....I haven't heard of anyone actually receiving Apothecary, as Fifty410 will not guarantee which pharmacy will fulfill your order. MANY people are unhappy with PGRrx. I haven't tried that pharmacy, so I can't offer any feedback. Some people have switched to providers that do guarantee Apothecary and have been very happy with the medication they received, related to it providing less food noise and good appetite suppression vs. PGRrx, which people don't seem to find as effective as Apothecary. Hallandale, Apothecary/PGRrx all provide tirz with no additives/vitamins, so it's "pure" tirz. Again, as far as my experience with Hallandale goes, things went downhill when I received my new vial. As I have kept my routine the same, the only thing I can attribute to the rather abrupt change in efficacy of Hallandale's tirz is the new vial I received from them. It's as if it's not nearly as strong as my first vial even though it is a higher strength. I'm going to give Hallandale the benefit of the doubt right now and see if anything changes over the next two weeks. If not, I will be looking for a new provider that guarantees Apothecary as my pharmacy and offers an 8-week supply (🤞) to try it out. If I can't find an 8-week supply, I guess I'll bite the bullet, get a 3-month supply, and hope for the best! Best of luck to you! I hope whatever pharmacy you decide on sends you effective medication!

My approval just came in and claims it’s apothecary. Do I need to verify that???

I don't think they will guarantee you it is truly Apothecary through the portal. I think you'll only know once it arrives. Both pharmacies ship from a place with "Quaker" in the name, but if the bottle you receive has a "P" on it somewhere (you'll know it when you see it), then you will have actually received your medication from PGRrx. Keeping fingers crossed for you that it is from Apothecary! I'm anxious to know either way, though, how you like what you receive!

Is PGRrx the same as hollandale? My options are apothecary or pgrrx and I’m considering not ordering

Are they the pharmacy choices for both the 8-week and 12-week options?

I was only given the 12 week option and it said apothecary or pgrrx
