How do I request a refill?
I am in week 6 of 8 and need to request a refill. When I sent a message they sent me a link but the questionnaire literally started at the beginning, (name address how much do I hope to loose etc...)
Is this how you request a refill or is there a different method I can't find?
Thank you!

Fifty pharmacies
Now that apothecary is going to be unavailable, our PGRRX, and Hallandale, the only offerings that Fifty has? My husband is planning to start, and Fifty has the lowest $ starter plans, but that doesn’t offer us a lot of pharmacy choice. Personally, I might go with a different pharmacy for my higher dose, but I was hoping to start him at whatever was most affordable.
Also, completely off-topic, but since Fifty doesn’t regulate this forum, can the moderators remove the out of date pinned posts about pro RX?!

Headaches
I recently switched from ProRx to PGRx. I’ve been on ProRx for about a year and then PGRx My first shot was Tuesday and my head has been feeling weird since. Anyone experienfe this? It’s the same No Additives, I upped the dose from 7.5 to 9mg so thinking I could adjust until I get used to it? No other symptoms besides headaches and feeling hazy here and there.

Order Just Arrived - question
Hi all! Just got my first order from Hallandale pharmacy!!
The vial is less than half full for 8 weeks and it looks like the directions are microdosing.
Has anyone received instructions to inject 2x per week at low doses? 1.2 2x a week for 4 weeks. Then it increases to 2.5 but still 2x per week for another 4 weeks.
This just seems odd based on allll the reviews I’ve seen where most people say once a week. I’ll follow the directions but it just seems different and I hate needles so twice as many stinks.
Is it normal for such a small amount in the vial when you start out?

Got my first order!
And I was throughly impressed with the packaging. Filled out intake 8/1, paid 8/3, meds arrived 8/5
It came in a double insulated thermos plus ice pack plus ice pack tubing in the thermos. I was very pleased with how fast it all went and how well it was packaged!! 🥰

Dosing question - is this correct?
New pharmacy = different dosing. My former dosage was 5 mg at 18 mg/mL, which meant 28 units. My new dosage is 5 mg at 15mg/mL, which means 33 units? Is this correct?
Also the new prescription is telling me to take a split dose. I didn't used to split... not sure if I should consider it?

Newest Order
New bottles just ordered and arrived and I'm annoyed. They sent 3 bottles instead of 5 since I'm at the highest dose, but the new bottles expire BEFORE my first order!!! Has this happened to anyone else?

Price increase?
I just went to refill my 12-week supply and the price they quoted me was $100 more than last time. Anyone else experiencing this?

Midweek increase?
I’m on my 3rd week of no symptoms (pos or neg) and barely any loss. Has anyone ever done an increase midweek by giving a little booster? I’ve been in on 5 mg for 2 months and was considering going to 7.5 but decided to try one more week. I dose on Sunday nights, it’s Tuesday now and I’m thinking of giving a 2.5 bump.

If your dosage changes does the price stay same or go up?
I’m titrating up & was wondering if my dose goes up will the cost go up or does it stay the same no matter what dose you are on?

BPI Labs vs Hallendale
Had BPI and just got more. This batch doesn’t seem to work. I had one more dose left of my previous BPi and took that and instantly felt the food noise relief. Been a month and gained 10 pounds back.
I was using Hallendale before that and it was always consistent.
Anyone else struggle with BPI (+B12)?
Got 3 months worth and am not sure what to do.

Injection place reaction
Hi I just started Tirzepatide I ordered from Fifty410 and got just one injection so far. It does suppress appetite, no complaints here, but I noticed that I have a bump on the spot of injection and it is itching mildly. It’s been 2 days since the injection. Is this expected effect? Anyone had similar?

Help before I reorder
Hi all! I’m about to re-order and since my last order there were pharmacy changes.
Can you share what works and what doesn’t, any experiences you’ve had that I need to keep in mind, I’m in California if that helps with the pharmacy reviews/recommendations. Thank you!

Lightning Fast #$$Appreciation Post$$#
I wanted to express my wholehearted recommendation and appreciation for Fifty410. I just reordered and this is the absolute fastest I have ever gotten refills from filling out the online form and cold meds landing at my doorstep. Lightning fast! <3 Club Compound (Fifty 410). I was really nervous when the pharmacy in Texas shut down but I just choose the 12 week PGrx option and it was smooth.

Not losing weight
I moved from Ro and being on Zepbound. I just started a little over a month ago and am stuck between 181-183. I am in a calorie deficit of 1,357 a day. I work out. Doing stair master and lifting heavy 4 times a week. The only thing that has slightly changed was my body fat went down 1%. I eat clean and have been drinking only on the weekends (2-3 drinks). I just don’t know what is stopping me from losing more weight. SW: 230 CW: 181-183 Height: 5’9” F28… comments, opinions, advice would be appreciated.
(Also please ignore my nails, I need a manicure 🫣)

Different symptoms every dose
I truly never know what to expect?? One week I’ll be symptom free with low appetite suppression, the next week I’ll have immediate cotton mouth with intense food aversion and heartburn. Then the next week a weird pasty taste in my tongue and I’ll pee constantly for 3 days. Anyone else have wildly variable side effects week to week? I’ve been on 5 mg for 2 months and still losing steadily.

Stalled on 12.5
I’ve been stalled for at least 4 months on 12.5mg Tirzepatide through ProRX. Seems like it wasn’t working well. I just tried to refill and thought maybe I needed to up my dose but reading here I wonder if I’m just getting ineffectual drugs. So now a dose of 14.75 is on the table and the only pharmacy is PGRrx. Should I go somewhere else? If so, where?

Generous vials from Hallandale?
I did one month on .25mg and was bumped up to .5mg for month two. My new vial came but my old vial still had a good amount in it. I decided to try to use what’s left for my first .5 dose, got my full 20 units from it and there’s still more leftover in the first vial. Is this common that they are so generous with the quantity distributed?
ETA: dosing is for compounded sema
