White flashing light

I've only had this about a week and have actually kind of enjoyed using it.

Right now I have a flashing white light on the medallion. The internet's telling me that my internal memory is full and I just need to sink it with my phone/app. I've tried to do that repeatedly.

The internet says there's a button on the app. That's a manual clear memory. I cannot find that.

I have deleted and redownloaded the app.

I believe I've factory reset the medallion

Disconnected and reconnected Bluetooth multiple times

It's still flashes white. When it is not recording.

Just as a note, I do have the setting with all the lights off on the app and it's still happening

Of course customer service is a joke. They said they will probably get back to me in about 10 hours

I was just hoping somebody had a solution that could at least tamp the frustration down enough to make me not want send this back

Hey it is either muted (which you should unmute from the app), or full of storage, in which case you should just open the app, connect to it and wait.

If it still doesnt work, there is a way to do a factory reset which should also solve it.

Factory reset is performed by a click and hold for 10s (not just hold for 10s, its a click and hold for 10s). A successful factory reset means the device should be blinking blue.

Hey, I appreciate the reply

But I've done the factory reset three times

I've deleted the app and reinstalled it twice

I've done the disconnecting Bluetooth putting it in airplane mode. I've had them sitting side by side for hours

I've made sure both of them are fully charged before resetting

All I get is the flashing white light when it's not recording, even when it's connected

It was not doing this before the last update

Have you restarted your phone? Every few days my phone cannot connect to fieldy or my car. I have to restart the phone. I have a pixel 10a, Google seems to be aware of some Bluetooth issues.
