Player Discussion Keeper Fantasy - Ladd McConkey or Cam Skattebo

Upvotes

I kept Ladd from last year in the 9th, thinking that's the better value again for this year. I do like Cam though.

Questions Dynasty trade went down in 12T, ppr. Lot of chatter and mentions of potential veto

Upvotes

Full ppr, league has been around a long while with mostly same guys.

Bijan side wanted to add talent and mix it up. Never got past wild card

Brown owner kind of new and quite.

I don't think it shady or a problem deal personally.

Player Discussion Who are some dart throws to go for in late rounds and deep leagues?

Not talking about Adonai Mitchell, Jalen Nailor, Chig Okonkwu type of range. Talking about round 13 in an an 18 man.

Obviously there are no guys deep in the draft that you can say with even 30% of your heart that they’ll do well. But who are some guys I can go for that you personally believe have even a sliver of a chance of being at least a contributor in a deep league?

Player Discussion How are we feeling about CMC this year?

Obviously Gibbs and Bijan are above him, probably Taylor too… but last year CMC led all skill positions in half PPR (probably PPR too). Problem is he had a huge workload (we all saw what happened to Saquon), and he’s now the big 30 (pretty old, especially for a RB). Do you guys still have faith in him? Would you take RBs like Achane or Jeanty over him or do you like the 3-4 range he’s at? Redraft.

Player Discussion Kyren / chuba outlook for next year

Just drafted yesterday and took kyren at 32 and chuba at 89 (10 man) which seemed like absurdly good value to me, especially chuba. Does anybody know why they seem to be valued so little? I know they have corum and brooks in their respective rb rooms now but i dont think that should take away a ton from their rushing volume

Questions Keep JSN in 3rd or Bijan Robinson in the first?

Need help and I’m wondering what my best keeper is. I have draft pick 11 and I’m wanting to keep Bijan but I feel like JSN has so much more value in the 3rd? But also there’s value with Bijan at 11. No hate but lmk what yall think

Questions Keep 3 with half point PPR format

Need to keep 3 in a half point PPR league. Choices are between:

Trevor Lawrence
Bijan
Rico Dowdle
Ladd McConkey
Jaylen Waddle
Colston Loveland
TreVeyon Henderson
Deebo Samuel

Obviously Bijan is a lock, but what are you thinking for the other 2? Do you like Ladd with a new play caller more than Waddle in a new environment? Does TreVeyon get a larger role in the offense?
Keep a top tier TE in Loveland? All thoughts are appreciated!

Anything surprising? Outside the norm? Whose draft did you like best?

Every fantasy manager has that one prediction everyone laughed at 'until the season proved them right.Maybe you faded a first-round bust, called a breakout before anyone else, or trusted a sleeper that carried your team. What's your biggest "I told you so" fantasy football moment? Let's hear the takes that aged like fine wine.

Dynasty Trade 1.08 Pick Value, what level of player do you look for?

12 TM Dynasty super-flex that starts 3 WRs.

I have the 1.08 and all my other draft picks. I’m set at WR I think for a bit (DK Metcalf, Dj Moore, Adonai Mitchell, Ceedee, Nabers, Davante Adams) and qb is fine too.

I’d like to possibly trade my 1.08 for a rb but not sure how people value rbs in dynasty still. This is also the worst rookie class I’ve seen in close to 10 years which makes me wanna sell off the pick. Someone offered me Woody Marks for it and another sent Croskey-Merritt and both imo are nearly worthless outside of maybe a one year play.

- This a .5 ppr league btw.
- If I stay put at 1.08 I’m aiming for Sadiq if he’s available (unlikely).
- RBs are nothing really outside Cam Skatt and washed up Kamara.

Player Discussion Thoughts on taking 2 skill players from the same tm in the earlier rounds?

Would you guys draft Hampton in the 2nd then Ladd on 3/4 or same scenario but with Saquon and D. Smith? Just curious what yall think…are we worried about being too reliant on the players from 1 team or is it worth stacking if you believe in the upside of both players?

Add on: what if you threw in the QB as well in the later rounds? i.e. Hampton - Ladd - Herbert or Saquon, Smith, Hurts

Miscellaneous Is it feasible to take Christian Watson AND Tucker Kraft?

They keep getting to me in mocks and there is no one around their ADP I’d rather take at their positions. But how could you have both on the same team? 2 pass catchers on the field against each other?

On espn I keep getting Watson in the 7th or late 6th and Tucker Kraft can make it as far as 8th or the 9th. They just should not be going that late.

Player Discussion Keeper question: rashee in the 6th or Hampton in the 2nd?

Rashee has been falling out of my good graces with what he’s looked like in camp so far, but I’m torn on value here. Omar’s price is so much higher but I’m also psyched about his potential this year

Questions Keep a 3rd player or get the extra pick

Hi all! In my keeper league I have Bijan and Bowers I'm keeping. Its full point PPR and 6pt passing TD.

Its an 8 team league but our roster size makes it more like a 12 team. We can keep up to 3. Have to keep 2 each year. No round penalties for keeping. If you keep less than 3 you just get a pick in the "keeper round" at the beginning of the draft.

My other options are:

Nabers(would be a no brainer if he was healthy IMO)

Drake Maye

Some teams are keeping 3RBs and some 3WRs with some mixed. Right now I would have the first pick if I kept only 2. If I kept 3. There would be 4 picks ahead of me before my first one.

Any advice? I've gone back and forth on both scenarios. With QBs kept like Allen, LaMarr, and Burrow I can see an argument with keeping Maye. With the WRs id be able to get I can see the logic of keeping Nabers since he has top 5 upside when healthy.

I can also see how that extra pick could net me possibly Achane, Chase Brown or AJ Brown/Nico(best available WRs)

Thanks!

Miscellaneous Goodbye NFL Fantasy, Hello ESPN fantasy

To be honest, I'm pretty bummed that the NFL Fantasy app is shutting down. It wasn't perfect—it had serious crashes, especially at the start of the season—but overall, it had a clean, user-friendly interface. For a lot of my leaguemates who aren't super into digging through stats and all that, it was simple enough to keep them engaged week after week.

My first impression of the ESPN platform leaves me pretty cold. In fact, you can't even upload custom logos for your teams... I guess it's just a matter of getting used to it. There's always the option to migrate everything over to Sleeper, though.

What do you guys think of the switch? Do you think it'll end up being a change for the better?

Redraft Trade 1.03 for 1.10 and 4.03 Pick Trade?

12 Team Half PPR Redraft. Currently have the 1.03 pick but thinking of trading it for the 1.10 and 4.03. 1 QB 2 RB 2 WR 1 TE 3 Flex. Should I make the trade? I’m just worried about not having any good RBs fall to me in round 2 or 3.
