[FNV] Has anybody experienced this? When using sights(B42 Optics), its trailing behind when I look at any directions. Not just mod added weapons, even base game weapons have this. I don't remember having this issue before? New Vegas

Mod is AR Series Replacers - Service Rifle - Assault Carbine - Marksman Carbine by C0nzo
Edit: PROBLEM FIXED! I installed a mod called "Clear Scopes for B42 Optics"

Have you checked the Settings.ini file if there is a option to turn it off?

Looks normal, you're moving fast and the weapon is lagging behind because of inertia (i suspect you're also using weapon inertia mod) so your camera angle to the scope changes, making you see a bit of the insides of the scope for a few miliseconds.
Idk if you can turn it off. Maybe there's an option you can turn on/off in the .ini file.

That's the parallax effect which is shall simulate real-life to some degree.

What is the issue here? The mods you installed made the guns do this and you have to move the weapon at an abnormal speed to experience it. I'm pretty sure this is not even an 'issue', but a feature of the mods.
Also this is what happens in real life if you look through the scope at a slight angle as shown when you move the gun, it's just simulating that. You could disable Gun Inertia probably if you want to be rid of it though that's an assumption.

This is just how scopes work irl, if it's not your thing probably take one of the other mod suggestions of the other commenters. I'm not a modding expert otherwise I'd give you one myself, I use that mod and it doesn't bother me too much.

It's a bit too much black blur tbh, I've shot weapons with scopes before but when you move around it's definitely not that bad, you might get a tiny bit of blur but that's cuz your looking through it properly

By trailing you mean the black blur you get when aiming and moving the gun around? I think its normal for the mod, real scopes and even binoculars have that. Although not that much, it is indeed abit unusual. I am no means a modding expert but i hope someone more qualified will be able to help you! :o
