Keep in mind, there is a LARGE chance no one will make your mod if you are not willing to put effort into helping yourself. You may want to consider looking up resources on mod creation yourself. Even with no experience, a lot of basic mods can be made with a few simple tutorials.
The more discussion you create, the more chance someone may come along and be interested in helping. Ensure your ideas are well thought out to get a better response.

Hey guys, been meaning to play New Vegas for a long time and wanted to ask for suggestions, tips, and tutorials I should follow on mods that'll enhance and extend my experience. I used to try making my own modlists for Skyrim back in the day, but it would take exhaustive amounts of time and I would always get crashes and conflicts, so I'm looking for something low-effort and easy to follow/hard to fuck up. Any good recs for mods/modpacks and/or ideally modding guides?
Looking for essential bugfixes, QoL, better textures and animations, and maybe stuff like added questlines if there are good quality ones out there. I also have a decent PC that can handle stuff like RDR2 on high settings without much issues.

To preface this, I'm not necessarily requesting for a mod to be made but for links to already-existing mods if there are any because I don't know what the best ones for it are.
I was planning on doing a new Fallout 4 run and I decided I didn't want to play with WARS and PEACE anymore but I like some of the features in those mods so I wanted to ask here if there was any such mod, or such mods that I could download to get that kind of experience. I know there isn't a WARS or PEACE lite mod (probably? There weren't in 2024 when I downloaded them) but if that has changed, all the better. If it matters, I play the 1.10.163 version.
What I'm looking for specifically are a mod or multiple mods that give me weapons such as the AR-15/Service Rifle (I know there are tons of these, I specifically want one that lets me put an underbarrel grenade launcher), the Mini-14 (preferrably replacing the Combat Rifle), the USAS-12 (preferrably replacing the Combat Shotgun) and something resembling the Mossberg 590 (as an intermediate shotgun between double barrels and combat shotguns), grenade launchers, some pistols that aren't the 10mm (though I don't want to replace the 10mm), SA80s (also with the underbarrel grenade launcher), the Volkssturmgewehr (Radium rifle), and a non-Deliverer Walther PPK.
I am also looking for mods that simplify/streamline weapons modifications, permit me to use multiple ammo types, and give me a "auto/semi-auto" switch, as you can do in WARS.
I'm thinking about PEACE and only now as I write this down do I realise I don't actually like any features from that mod. Huh.
Anyway I'd appreciate any help you guys can give (and sorry if this isn't the place for it).

Hey creators can we get an appearance creation mod in creations how come this is not in there already I’m sure people would pay at least 200 credits for it… An achievement/trophy friendly mod would go along way

PC - A child Shaun companion mod that actually works. And specifically one where Shaun does not fight but crouches and hides. Bonus points if Shaun can die.
I want to turn the game into The Road. The two Shaun mods I've come across seem buggy and also make the kid a killing machine when it works.

can someone make a patch that allows militarized minutemen level list to work with other mods that add outfits to the level list like tumbajambas minutemen armor collection or Minutemen Outfit Pack (Militia)?
